I have been buying my furniture here for over 12 years. I find their no pressure, friendly, knowledgable and helpful sales staff refreshing and not something you find in other furniture stores. They really listen to what the customer has to say and then find products that meet those communicated needs. They will spend as much time as needed to find you exactly what you are looking for. Their customer service department is just that. Also a refreshing find to actually have a customer service person that cares about resolving the issue with the customer. When I had an issue it was dealt with quickly and easily. No arguing or me having to "prove" I was in the right. Their delivery staff is courteous, conscientious and quick. They have always given a courtesy call before heading to my house and have always arrived within the delivery time window. They go above and beyond making sure the furniture is in good condition and placed where I want it. Liddiards really does care about their customers as well as keeping them as future customers. They will work with you to ensure your satisfaction. I would recommend them to anyone! Great job to all the staff as well as Frank who runs a first class operation.

I think, the way the owner and the employees at Liddiards, treated my mother today, deserve this review. My mother had purchased a couch from Liddiards in Tooele and the thing has had issues, since the day it was brought home. The sales rep. JR, was sympathetic and reassured that theyd take care of the problem. Well a long time passed and the couch never got fixed. So whats my mother do, to show her resentment? Goes back and buys more furniture of course. This time however, Mr. Liddiard had also been at the store. And while my mother was shopping, JR took it upon himself to go talk to the owner. He brought up the issue, with my mothers couch. And in the spirit of doing the right thing, Mr. Liddiard attempted, to make things right with my mother. He offered to replace the couch, with a new couch, of my mothers choosing, up to $2000. Standing behind your word, should not bring you praise, it should just be expected. The rarity, of such an act however, is what makes it so incredible. Times today, we see so little of this, that to do so, first hand, is truly a great thing to behold. And for that Mr. Liddiard, I thank you. You have my respect and gratitude. Respectfully yours Mrs. Bakes son.

Liddiards is Best in Class!!! I wanted to share my recent experience with Liddards Home Furnishings. I have purchased many pieces of furniture from large and small dealers throughout Utah and the U.S. Most of my experiences were lackluster at best. I can truly say without a doubt that Liddards has been the best furniture store that I have ever dealt with. What separates Frank and his staff from "the rest of the pack" is their commitment to the customer. I am a very educated consumer--so when I need to make purchases like furniture, I look for the best price and value. Lets face it, furniture is an investment. ---Liddards had the best prices out of any of the other furniture stores in Utah!!! ---Additionally, Liddards backs what they sell! Do yourself a favor and stay local when buying furniture if you live in Tooele. We are very fortunate to have this great store so close to Tooele. Liddiards blows RC Willey out of the water! If you are in the market for furniture and live in the Salt Lake valley, its worth the drive. Keep up the good work Frank and team! Thank you for your customer care and commitment!

Horrible experience. Ordered new fridge with the installation. Old fridge removed after storing all the food in coolers. New fridge arrived late. No installation service was onsite. New fridge had a huge scrape down the side. Waited all day for callback from liddiards on getting replacement fridge. No call back. 7 hours passed before getting a call from the installer. Shows up late in the evening. Was installing new dishwasher we also purchased and broke our counter. Use silicon to fix we were told. Needless to say when we went in the next day they were blameless. Wed also purchased a couch that broke within a month. Called about warranty and replacement. It was like pulling teeth. We were sick of dealing with their condescending attitude. Went to RC Willey and got the service and professional help we needed. Liddiards is a joke. Dont waste your time or money.

The staff communicate well, and have alway delivered as promised. The delivery staff call to alert when they will arrive and are professional and careful with the products being delivered, as well as respectful of personal property. If there is ever a problem, rest assured the customer service department will address all of your issues with respect, understanding and professionalism. I bought 2 sectional couches less than a year ago, they came with a 1 year warranty. They have had to come fix 1 of them twice because it keeps falling apart at the frame. I have called several times and the new girl Ashley will not let me speak with the owner and JR is doing nothing about the fact that it is falling apart again, almost beyond repair. After several calls, they are not responding to any of my calls. They do not stand by their word, they are dishonest and I will not purchase from them again and highly recommend you do the same. Going to SLC is worth the drive to have furniture that lasts longer than 9 months.

I recently purchased a large amount of furniture and was disappointed, I ordered all new appliances for my kitchen the stove was damaged, ordered a kitchen table and chairs, couches- one of the couches was cut on the back side, bedroom set- the top of the dresser was scratched, a tv and console and the console was not put together properly and scratched. When you spend a large amount of money for new furniture you expect it to be new and not damaged. It just seems like it is all cheap now and I will not be buying furniture there in the future.

I had a great experience and wanted to give the staff at Liddiards some well deserved props! Everyone was courteous and friendly. The store is so beautiful and the selection is endless. They have everything you could need for your home. Plus, if they dont have it in stock - they will happily get it for you. I live over an hour away, but felt the drive was well worth it. Who knew there could be such an incredible store tucked away on the other side of the mountain. I highly recommend this furniture store.

Liddiard Home Furnishings is a beautiful store. The showroom floor has an excellent selection of furniture for every room in your house. I recently bought appliances through them for my new home. I will be back for new furniture in the future for sure. I fell in love with everything they had. The layout of the the store is easy and the sales people were so helpful. The delivery option is convenient. I have found my favorite furniture & appliance store!
