Ive been here before and got a part for my dishwasher and knew it was a good place to go but didnt know they there this good: we got a new garbage disposal, so i threw it in and then all of a sudden my dishwasher wont drain. I cleared the hoses, ohm tested the pump, and turned it on/off. Called Spencers and those guys didnt help. Finally i call this place to bite the bullet and get a new pump. I called and spoke to a man who had prob been doin this for lots of years and helped me understand that there is a knockout on the GD that needs to be cleared if the hose is going to be used. Didnt just let me buy 100$ worth of parts. Muchas gracias amigos. Ill bring you a 6 pack and youll forever be the place i go for appliance needs.

great help and willingness to advise on repairs. I called the North Phoenix location who looked up inventory on a 20 year old dryer part, they directed me to the Peoria location using computer inventory. Not only did they have it but they offered to talk me through the repair if needed. It was a simple switch replacement that would have cost $65 through a service call instead it cost $10.15 and 15 minutes of my time. Highly recomend them and having 6 valley locations means they are bound to have what you need as well. Thank you Appliance Parts Company.

APC is staffed by good folks who deal well with the public. Unlike some places that wont talk to you unless youre a "professional" the kind folks at APC are more than happy to help you find the parts your looking for and enable you to do-it-yourself. I purchased a whirlpool replacement ice-maker there and their price was only $5 over the lowest online price I could find (at an auction). A small price to pay for get it now and see it in my hands peace of mind. Thanks APC!
