HORRIBLE!!!! And unprofessional. We bought a matching washer/dryer set and have nothing but problems. The owner swapped out the washer and said that hed fix the one we originally purchased. On countless occasions we scheduled service dates to which he never showed up for or called to reschedule. It has been so bad that weve had to track him down at the shop (because its rarely open) and were again promised that he would make good on our purchase. Recently we even tried calling again and the number was disconnected. So now were stuck with dysfunctional and mismatched appliances. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GUY!!!!! As much as I really do like to support local businesses, it will never again be with Anchor Appliance. Read all the reviews you can find on this place before making a purchase...I seriously wish that we had! (Theres a reason hes so elusive...likes to drag out service repairs past the six month warranty). Its criminal really.

My review is similar to everyone elses, cant get any follow through. Im missing parts on my fridge and they "are in the mail" and I will get a call when they arrive. I have called every week for months and every time I talk to somebody they act like they have never talked to me! I dont know how many times they have take all my info and said they will get back to me when the part arrives. Im sure everyone there has good intentions but you need to get organized! It doesnt surprise me that you have "no record" of the people who have left you reviews. Comical.

Beyond AWFUL!! Initially I was impressed at the speed they came out to look at my fridge that quit working on a Saturday, Ive called EVERY day since and Im always promised a call back and it never happens! I get the same story, part is on order and Im not sure when itll get here.... Part coming through UPS, they have a tracking #, Im not stupid! I asked them if they could replace it, nope... I asked if they could loan me one, nope... I bought this fridge with a warranty, but doesnt seem to matter!

We purchased an Amana refrigerator and the guys at Anchor Appliance delivered all the way to Chattaroy for less than it cost them to make the drive. They also hauled off our non-working refrigerator at no additional cost. We are totally satisfied with our purchase.

My experience was similar to Calvins. We bought a refrigerator with a six month warranty. Almost immediately we discovered we needed service. We made four phone calls, none of which were returned. We wrote a letter, no response.

Bought a refrigerator and had problems from the start. Asked them to come get it and return our money. They said they had a NO REFUND POLICY. Took them to Small Claims Court and won. As of this date still trying to collect.
