I purchased a dishwasher and it was delivered BUT with leaky hose!!! It leaked all over the kitchen and family room. When there is a problem, good customer service is really necessary. Almost three weeks went by, I called more than 10 times and was told it will be replaced. Nothing happened. Nobody called back. My credit card was charged. The manager said he will take care of this problem 2 weeks ago. Now he does not return my call. I am still left in dark. Now I am dealing with 800 number headquarter directly since nobody helps from the local store on morena blvd.

agreed, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. First of all, to even reach them by phone is like working through a labyrinth. You have to go through their call center in LA and it takes between 15-20 minutes to get through. Not only did they mess up 2 deliveries (and denied ever having scheduled it, even though we went into the store 2 days before to confirm since they didnt answer the phone), but they didnt want to do anything to fix it. The prices are the same as everywhere else. NOT WORTH IT.

Horrible, horrible customer service. We bought a nice microwave and dishwasher, all good. We were given 18 mos. no interest; ok fine. 12 months in the secondary loan through a third party, the loan was sold. Now they are charging 29.9% interest. My husband has called this store and so far, he has been tossed to 17 different people, 1.5 hours later; still this problem is not straightened out. We own apartments, and houses. No chance that we will purchase from this company EVER again.

Jesus (dont know last name) was the most well informed, and helpful employees I think I have ever met in any store anywhere. He helped us finalize our sink decision with logic and knowledge. Thanks again. Only negative was we did have to wait for service when we had made our decision to buy Just not enough employees.

Nice to visit a showroom where employees actually know about the product they sell. Their prices were even better than many online retailers. Bought a 3-appliance package and sink and faucet. Had it delivered in 5 business days and used their installer referral to have them put in place. Everything came out great! No problems, no headaches. I definitely recommend this place.

Ignore the negative consumer services reviews... If u know what u want, they will deliver. Lots of high end products... excellent consumer services... be honest with the salesperson on what u need or want, they will assist you! Your one stop shop!

The worst customer service I have ever received. They failed to offer me the extended warranty and I was sold a lemon refrigerator. The refrigerator leaks water all over my floor and is a liability, but they offer no help.

Use third party delivery company who is so difficult to deal with. I have purchased appliances from there 6 times, have since switched to another store solely because of the delivery process.
