I dont know why but 75% of the times Ive calles or gone in I am treated like Im bothering them. Today I went in to look at a ring I saw online and get a price to resize a ring they sell there. It took 25 minutes to get helpand when they came they said it varies I told them I understand but you have the ring right there so instead of looking at the ring she gets on the phone and calls someone else which tells her its $89. Its a $300 ring doesnt make any sense to me. I call a different Sears and they tell me 44.99 and actually explain the whole process and ask questions like a salesperson should. Another time I went in to return a shirt and told them that I wasnt rung up for other items I thought I had purchased because the cashier messed up. Here I am being honest and they treated me like I had stolen the merchandise. I had to wait an hour for them to get loss prevention to review the videos and then they charged me for the items. Im like you could have just charged me when I told why I was here instead of making me wait foe an hour. No compensation for my time. Ive gone to other Sears and everything in perfectly fine and dandy. Just this Escondido one has some serious attitude problems.

I will NEVER shop at Sears again. I bought a dishwasher at Sears over Memorial Day weekend (Saturday). I was told if I paid the $70 delivery charge it would arrive at my home on Wed. Just received a phone call that it will be here on June 4th. I asked about crediting the $70 delivery charge or getting a reduced delivery charge since it was coming 3 days later. They apologized, hurriedly said no, then told me someone would call with my scheduled time. I asked if I could pick it up at the store. They said no. You can pick it up at a store 30 minutes away. Seriously?!! It was a problem that is out of their hands since the manufacturer was delayed. It is not out of there hands. I can get free delivery if I have a Sears card. I can also get a cheaper delivery charge depending on the day I had the dishwasher delivered. The dishwasher is late, you figure it out Sears! I own two businesses and would never treat a customer the way they treated me. I am filing a BBB complaint against them. No wonder they have such a bad reputation.

The customer service is terrible! We were told that a tire change would take "no problem, definitely less that an hour." So rather than have family pick us up, we waited. Needless to say, after an hour, nothing had been worked on. The associates acted like helping customers was a (sigh) irritation. It was about three hours before our tire was changed. Since we were from a different SoCal city, the sales person said he didnt know how to look up our warranty if it was at a different location. My husband ended up calling from his cell phone to attempt to reach the store near our home for thewarranty information. If at all your car can make it to a different place for whatever you need to have done, I would recommend anywhere else.

Great customer service! I needed a part for my dryer and I called this store to see if they had the part. I did not buy my dryer from this Sears store, however, its an Amana brand that Sears sells. Gary answered my call and I was very impressed with his customer service! He took my name and number because he was with other customers at the time. I did not expect him to call me back, but he did within the hour. The Sears store did not carry the part I needed, however Gary continued to help me. He located the part I needed online, explained what I needed to buy and where to find it. He even offered to install it for me! Wow! I was impressed. I will go to this Sears if I need to purchase appliances in the future.

Oh my gosh! I am sooo sorry u guys had such terrible experiences. I use to work here during November and December of 2012 and I did my best to make everyones day go by smooth and happily. I was told I got 11 positive customer reviews but I was still let go because I turned I only one credit card application. Really? I had 9 more positive reviews than the runner up. Who wants a credit card anyway, especially nowadays. To me its all about customer service. Now Im on the job hunt again and any place that hires me is gonna get a diligent worker who cares about the common man/woman and wants to help u out and maybe leave a smile on your face too.

Be very careful about this sears branch. sometimes they offer mail rebate on their delivery or some other things, but once you purchase the product they hassle you for a long time. It was over a year that they didnt process my mail in rebate and everytime I went to the store they told me that they will deposit the money immediately to my credit card, but nothing happened and I had to go to the store again!!!

I have NEVER had worse customer service in 30+years of wearing glasses! They fit me into something that did NOT work for me, then fought with me to get the problem recTALfied! DO NOT USE THEM! Their "sales" are NOT worth it!!!! Go to JcPenneys!!!!!!!!!!! Dont pass go... dont spend your $200!!!!
