Ive had the worst experience with this company. 1. I ordered a stacked washer/dryer from them around 9/4/2014. The monthly fee was going to be $38 and then I paid all of the extra fees such as moving. Everything turned out to be around $75 and the delivery date was going to be the next week on 9/10/2014. 2. On 9/10, I received an e-mail that said that, due to unforeseen circumstances, the delivery couldnt happen. I called to reschedule and was told it would be another week. I accepted this and asked to be pro-rated for half of the month. They obliged and I was okay. 3. On 9/16, the washer/dryer was still not there when I got home. I called and was told that they had shown up and but couldnt get in and it would be another week until delivery. I asked if my bill would be pro-rated again and the girl on the line said no because they had shown up. They told me that they DO NOT call customers before or for a delivery. 4. I called my front office and they said that no one had shown up to deliver anything and there would be no reason why they wouldnt have let anyone into my apartment for the delivery. I cancelled my service and asked for a complete refund.

Terrible time dealing with this company. Needed to rent a stackable washer and dryer for my apartment. Upfront totals were roughly $85 including extra for next day delivery. Called in the morning to confirm and got an ETA of 11:30-12:30. Sat at home all day to get a call at 4:00 letting me know that the delivery would not be happening that day. Each time you call in you speak with someone in a different state. Cancelled due to lack of overall communication and urgency to get my payment info and charge me, without evening confirming they can cover their end. Called Clean Leasing to get set up, $40 total upfront with free next day delivery. Should have done a little more research.

I strongly suggest you do not use this company, I rented from them and things seems fine at first. Set me up on autopay without my consent, failed to show up twice to pick up equipment and after I completely move out of my apartment I kept getting billed. Come to find out they never picked up the washer and dryer, So even though they abandoned the equipment by failing to show up multiple time and claim there property they are trying to charge me and hit my credit.

Not impressed with their maintenance scheduling process. They cant give me a time of when theyll be out because they make the schedule the day of. I am not in the business, so perhaps there are factors to making maintenance schedules that I dont understand, but where I have to take off work to meet up, it makes it inconvenient to not be able to schedule a set time.

I see why this place has bad reviews. I tried to call and setup the rental of a residential washerdryer. The sales person was rude, condescending and just plain mean over the phone. He hungup on me when I asked if there were any additional fees associated with the quote such as taxes or delivery fees.
