I love this place!! Their return policy is king!! I love it when I call and Im not greeted with some BS cynicism. I like how if you dont need the part and havent opened and or installed the item, you can return it no questions asked, this goes for even electrical parts. Their prices are also more competitive than APC, AP who?

There is alot of comedians down there...like when you find out they have 500 of some part in El Monte yet none in San Diego..HA HA...equally funny is when they are missing some motors or compressors...yet no one knows what happened to them...NOW THAT IS Comedy!! Additional Information: Superstore!

Customer service is below average. Twice now I have requested a copy of a parts invoice, once at the El Monte office and the other time at the San Diego location with no positive results. The impression one gets is that customer service is a low priority for Coast Appliance. Truly disappointing.

After the third time they finally got my order right this is after having their employee Sarah Raise her Voice at me on the phone at that point i had to stop her and ask why she was yelling at me. I will Never go Back

This place has been there for as long as I can remember. If you need it odds are they have it in stock now. A bit more expensive than online but not too much more. Good service, friendly staff.
