Skylar was great!! His customer service was wonderful- I believe he is the Manager of the store. I went in to upgrade my phone because my current one was broken and there were two people in front of me. Although I had to wait about 45 min it was only because he and the other associate were busy taking good care of the other customers- who also just purchased phones. They answered all questions, gave pointers, transferred over all necessary information and let my daughter play with a tablet while she waited a little impatiently. I did visit another Tmobile in Gresham and they were not as helpful- didnt acknowledge me as I walked in through the door, I had to interupt the employee conversation and ask for help and then when I did it felt like I was inconveniencing them.

Nice enough employees But not at all knowledgeable about their own programs or handsets. I knew more about their own products than they did. It seemed as tho they just wanted the sale or account change. Please dont talk to these guys, call the office, get the info you need and if you must go into store then go ahead, but last resort only. Blatant lies or misunderstandings were too numerous for me in 30 minute conversation. Finally I had to walk out and just let him kno I couldnt talk to him anymore. Very sad, made me mad with T-Mobile, called the home office and everything he said about my plan was backwards.

Waited for 20 minutes before I was even acknowledged by the employees who were helping customers that were clearly going to be a long while. One customer finally offered to wait (thank you!) so the employee could see what I was looking for to which he replied, "No its ok." After seeing the look on my face he changed his tune and asked what I was interested in, which wasnt actually available in that location. His communication to me was very short and condescending so I walked out. Wouldnt have wanted to buy anything from that store at that point anyways given the absolute lack of service they provided.

This location is very close to where I live, so quite convenient. The staff is super helpful and friendly. However, because it is a small store, they are swamped during busy periods. I was here a couple of days ago. I didnt have to wait very long as Id appeared during a lull, but as it approached closing time, several people walked in, and with only two staff members, Im sure they had a long wait. But who goes to a cell phone store expecting to be in and out in a jiffy?

Negative one star. Horrible sevice. Was given a broken phone, and when I noticed it, and tried to return it immediately, I was told no. That I must have dropped it!!!!14yr customer of t-mobile and NEVER had an experience this bad before. I highly recommend you go elsewhere until there is new management at this store. Especially Cynthia and Kedir, they are not going to treat u like a human, let alone a valued customer.

One of the best experiences I have had at any T-Mobile store. I usually go to the store on Burnside, where they are rude and always seem to be in to much of a hurry to help me. The staff at the Wood Village location is very helpful and knowledgeable. I had many questions and they were able to answer all of them. I will not go to any other T-Mobile besides this one

The lady "Nel" in the shop will try to sell you more than you need and charge for extra even she promises they are free. Make sure double checking monthly bill. She lied and refused to correct the mistake or lie. I am not sure that if this is tmobile internal policy or her personal behavior.

Tyler & Cynthia were super awesome! We came in to switch over from Walmart family mobile to T-Mobile and they helped us out so much!!! They really knew what they were doing and helped us pick out new phones as well! These people are super cool and I would totally recommend T-Mobile to everyone! (:

Slow service. Staff have lied to my face. Service is slow as Hell. The bill your told you will pay is always more. Someone is always in the back not helping even when their is a line. The staff their seem to be in a revolving door of someone new every month
