I live all the way in San Jose, but now I know that I if I ever have any issues with my Verizon service, I will always come here to this location to speak with Eugene. I have been to many Verizon stores in the past, but I never been part of such a fantastic customer service experience before! I hadn’t ever bought anything from his store, but he went above and beyond to help me obtain back my monthly promotional credit (which no one told me I would lose if I changed devices even temporarily). Now, even though it’s an hour drive to get to Daly City, I will come back for sure!

Great experience here even though it was preceded by an awful one! Im traveling to multiple locations for work, and my phone got stolen. Luckily, I had a backup, but I couldnt access my account without my passcode, which I forgot. The store manager here took a tremendous amount of time and trouble helping me reset it, which apparently is a bit of a hassle without a working phone on the account. Got my backup phone working and even helped me submit a claim for an insurance phone! Thanks a bunch!

This is the best Verizon store in the area mostly because of the people who work there. They helped me to upgrade my phone when it broke on a day other stores closed. They answered all my questions and even hooked me up with some accessories. I recommend this store to friends and co-workers.
