I was very frustrated by the way I was rushed through the closing process at the Verizon store on 15th ave W. The fact that I was not able to keep my old phone was not explained to me by the person I picked up my new iPhone6s. However I am more than pleased with the way Graham handled the situation after the fact. He was understanding of my situation and worked hard to come up with a solution that would work for me. I understand I am not blameless in this situation. Had I paid more attention to what I was signing at closing this could have been avoided. But the truth is the real test of a good partner is not when things are going well but when there is a problem and in this case I give Graham an “A” for effort and another “A” for outcome. Thanks Graham for giving me what is becoming a such a rare occurrence, (great service). Mark

These guys are great. Went there to consider switching from AT&T to Verizon and wanted to see what they had to offer. The guy behind the counter (David Wood) was very informative and knew exactly what I needed and assured me that I would be much happier with Verizon. He set me up on a fantastic plan and sold me a couple of the latest & greatest phones at a super good price. He said that if I wasnt happy with the service, just bring everything back and he would refund my money. Well, its been a few months now and boy was he right. The Verizon service is way better and costs less than AT&T!!! I couldnt be happier! If you ever need a cell phone or a great plan, this is the place to go. Make sure you ask for David, hell hook you up!

I went to Verizon at Northgate Mall and doubled my home phone with my cell phone. I had home phone under Centurylink and cell with Verizon and wanted them together. Daniel the man who helped me was very good about everything and understood my situation and did everything he could to help. I ended up having a problem with the first bill and went in to see him and he took care of it right away. Im very thankful for his help and understanding. I cant say enough good about Verizon and their employees like Daniel who go out of their way to take care of their customers.

Working Devon right now and hes rude and snobby. He doesnt listen to what we were saying so I had repeat myself about 6-7 times before he even understood what I was saying. I usually go to University Village store and the customer service there is always amazing. I asked multiple questions and he wouldnt directly answer the question and when he finally did answer me it was in a condescending way that makes my questions look stupid. Horrible customer service. Will not return to this location.

This was the 2nd Version store I contacted to get information on a $2-10 product -- this time by phone. I gave them the information they needed to research the item. Instead of looking anything up I was asked to I make a special trip into the store so they could order it. Upon contacting my 3rd Verizon store I was told that Verizon cannot order this item -- now was that really so hard?... and thats what I was supposed to make a special trip into your store to learn -- youre kidding, right?

Thank you to Travis and Aaron for helping me out with getting 2 Jetpack Ellipsis taken off our account. When I added myself to my Fiances account, the person helping me out said they were running a promo and that the Jetpacks were free but failed mention we were going to get billed for the next 2 years. They were quick, made things right and even followed up with a call later that evening.

Horrible!!! the assistant mgr "Zaheed" i think is hes name... He didnt event fully introduce himself to me, and honestly i felt discriminated by him. He was very sexist and kept talking to my husband about working out... I was the client who needed a new plan and phone. When i told him that i needed attention and help, he said "are you serious? " I cant believe he was that rude.

Took WAY too long. 15 mins turned into half an hour and the guy had no idea what he was talking about. Ive read the other comments about the loud music... GOOD GOD. Hard to even have a personal conversation while waiting, cuts out every few minutes too which is annoying af. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID!!!!

Came into the store and was immediately greeted by Michael Burtin. my experience was nothing but great. He is very charismatic and will make you laugh the whole time youre there finishing up with whatever you need. If youve had bad experience before I would ask for him as he will get you set quick and easy.

Sleazy is the term that comes to mind. Rep added insurance to my contract after I had told him no. My fault for not catching it. Once I discovered the charges I contacted them an got the run-around. Lousy customer service.
