Naomi was awesome! She was patient, friendly and very helpful, answering all my questions and exploring different options. She was quite busy so she asked the manager to help, his name was S.J. and he was completely different. He was rushed, gave very little time to my questions and was borderline condescending. He seemed more interested in getting back to the back room than in helping me. When he couldnt find the answer to a question I told him to take care of the other customers and I waited for Naomi to get done with the customer she was helping. That made all the difference as she and the other customer service girl there, Yaritza, who was also very helpful, were able to answer all my questions and get me set up with a new phone. Naomi is a star! Yaritza as well. S.J. not so much.

They assisted in everything I needed and helped me pick out a new phone and sent me on my way. Great store and very friendly. Im glad i came to this store. Customer service is awesome. Noemi is the sales rep who helped me .Loved how she treated us and got me and my husband exactly the phones and a very good plan for our family. I would definitely give her a 100 stars for being a great helper and good customer service. Would bring more people here just because her service was excellent! 100% :)

The service at this location has been outstanding especially the employee named noemi. She has went out of her way above and beyond to help me always with any issues ive had on my phone. I have always been welcomed with a warm and welcoming face and been treated very kindly. I highly recommend this location.

I shopped for many smartphones here. They usually have a nice selection of phones. The plans are incredibly cheaper than other competitors. Just like any other company, try not breaking your phone. Otherwise just get some insurance.
