If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not come here unless you want to be disrespected and lied to. Theyre only interested in making a sale. This location has now sold us 2 phones that are now useless to us. My fiance bought one as a gift for me, a struggling college student, a few months ago. He wanted to ensure that the first phone had screen mirroring as its the only way we have TV (and internet). Its our only source of entertainment when I get done with my 12 hour day. The sales rep lied about the feature being included. No problem we just used my old cracked phone and the "unlimited" hot spot to get it to work - until that ran out and I had to pay $5 every Gig to do my homework. But then a second time my fiance went in to get a new phone for himself to fix the problem, this time asking repetitively that it had the feature. The guy assured him it did and right after he made the purchase and was walking out he threw in "no returns!" My fiance came home to get it started and behold yet again we had been lied to. The store refused to work with us to return or exchange the phone only hours later. Terrible experience. Avoid this place at all costs!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! They will lie and over charge you!! For example I lost my phone and had to wait for the new one to be delivered. I had a old unlocked t mobile phone I was planned to use in the mean time. I went to the store to purchase a SIM card and the worker told me that my account was too new and had to sign all the way back up and get a new plan and service! Meaning more money and a NEW NUMBER.... I told him I didnt have the funds to do that... he responded with let me see what I can do. A few moments later he tells me he can do it with out me having to get a new service! I am excited since I had been phoneless for 2 days! The worker then told me the amount owed would be $26.99 plus tax!!! Prior to coming to the store I called and he informed me that a new SIM card would only be $15.... So I left and went to Metro PCS in Federal Way. Where the workers had AMAZING customer service and I bought a SIM card for $15! PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE unless you want to be over charged!!

Andrew helped me figure out how to make contact with my peoples after havibg bought a new phone at another location. He spent an hour figuring my backed up accounts and when we figured I aint had one he created a metro web account for me and printed my entire 3 month call history so i could call me peoples..he a good dude. Did all that work abd spent all that time for free..yall need help go to fife and see Andrew!

I showed up 15 minutes after the store closed and Andrew opened the store up to allow me an upgrade that I needed because my phone died out on me..without his professionalism and courtesy I would have a hard time being that today is mothers day..great service. Recommend him to anyone and everyone!
