I went in for the first time today to ask about a memory card for my sons phone. I was told the memory card was $30.00 from associate Andom Tsegaye aka Mr. RUDE ATTITUDE aka CHIP ON HIS SHOULDER. I said I would order one from Amazon but asked Mr. RUDE if he could put my screen saver on for me. Mr. RUDE guy says " I could but I dont have too". I told him I found this very interesting and said I will just mosey on over to the other counter and ask one of the other associates for assistance. I left Mr. Rude guys counter letting him know that I was going to make a complaint about him and he says "my manager is over there" WOW! Then he says would you like my business card and goes and gets it for me. I thanked him and went to the other counter. I arrive at the other counter saying to myself how rude this guy is, a female associate assisting another customer mouthed "Im sorry". The manager was busy assisting another customer so I asked the next associate available if he could put my screen protector on for me. He did so with a smile. I know these folks work on commission. I would advise Andom Tsegaye to find a job doing something else that does not involve working with people. Customer service is obviously not for him. Tmobile, shame on you, you need to screen your employees better! I dont know how you let this guy slip through your doors. To the unsuspecting customer who comes to the Federal Way location...BEWARE of Andom Tsegaye. If you see him RUN the oppisite direction!

Ive had T-Mobile since back when they were voicestream. I am so happy to finally have a location so close to home. I got my new phone at this location and they installed my screen protector a good friend of mine got their phone through another provider and they wanted to get the same screen projector that I had when we went in to purchase it they were more than happy to apply the screen protector. I love it when Im in a place like this and they go above and beyond when they truly dont have to.

Most everyone is freindly except for the most awkward girl who stares at you while saying nothing and you have to guess what shes thinking. I asked how much a VR headset was. Her response "$100". Didnt offer to show it to me at all. I asked if they had screen protectors and she said "yes". And stared at me. CAN YOU SHOW ME WHERE THEY ARE BECAUSE I WOULD LIKE ONE PLEASE? Horrible awkward experience. Learn how to talk to people if youre going to be dealing with people.

I would give this a zero if I could. Worst service and devices Ive ever had. Two defective phones in less than 6 months and zero service unless Im at home and connected to wifi. Even then the phone needs to be restarted up to 15 times a day to function at all (phone calls, texts, apps, and browser all not working.) Do not reccommend to anyone.

I just switched 4 lines over from Verizon. I talked to the guy name "Adam" and he was very friendly, patient and really helpful. I even asked same question couple of times but he never frustrated and answered my questions with smile. If I have to change my phone in the future, I will definitely visit this store again!

Very poor Customers service. We switched from metro pcs to T-Mobile I got new phone. They told I had 14 days for phone if you do not like we take it back. I went today to return the phone she they charge $50 restocking fee. T-Mobile always has hiding fees.

Be sure and ask for Roxy, for your small business. A warm glowing personalty, who balances the life of a young mother, with her carrier. She can be found on Sundays or Mondays, and is the Individual, with the brightest smile in the store.

Very poor service. Isabella told me to go to Walmart to find a simple cell phone for my elderly mother. Go to Wal-Mart and clerk tells me T-Mobile dropped Wal-Mart quite a while ago. Guess Isabella didnt want to help me.

Very friendly staff and there is usually a wait here. Although staff makes sure to approach you right away abbr I only waited 15 minutes. Once they got to me I was out in 5 minutes after making a payment.
