Ordering online was easy, nothing new there. Picking up locally after is nice. Getting a discount for doing so is even nicer. I needed a YTX14-BS battery for my 2003 Suzuki Burgman 650 (AN650) but the sites search does not list my Suzuki model. 2003-2017 Burgman 650s use the same size battery. I had to find another BRAND bike that used that 14-BS size and order that battery, a 2003 Kawasaki Vulcan 800. I bought the Duracell Ultra, ONLY for its 24 month warranty and a $10 mail in rebate. So, please add the Suzuki Burgman 400 and 650 to your catalogs, there are a lot of scooters out there needing a good replacement battery source but we will look elsewhere if we do not see our models on your model search, a loss for us and a loss for you too. Cross reference would help too.

the best customer service ever. finding the right battery was quick and easy and they gave me a choice of three (fair/good/excellent) brands. The best part was that they installed it for me. Ive never done changing batteries and was worrying how I am supposed to install them but they installed it for me for free, even it was raining outside! It only took him about 5 minutes to change the battery. They are the best battery place in Federal Way!

Website is clunky and coupon code (at online check-out) was not applied. Picked up in-store - retailer tried to honor the website coupon code - paper receipt is convoluted and core "deposit" was refunded before I return the core? Further, website paired a battery to meet make and model of my Piaggios needs, but battery is too tall. Fix your referencing and educate retailer on Internet use.

At first I thought how could a store dedicated to light bulbs and batteries survive. Once I came in it was actually a really cool store. I wanted to get a battery in my watch replace but the staff member couldnt get the watch open and ended up scratching the back which was unfortunate, he was really nice and it wasnt a huge deal to me but it might be to you.

Excellent customer service. Helped me find the correct battery for my truck and installed it quickly. Recycled my old battery (aka no core charge). In and out in about 15-20 minutes. All done on a Sunday too! Thanks Fred and Michael! I will definitely be back in the future :)
