Bought a new phone 6 days ago. It wasnt holding a charge so I went in yesterday telling an employee there about my problem. He told me I should have came in earlier to resolve this issue. He held my phone for less than a minute without doing a damn thing and told me that my BRAND NEW phone doesnt come with a good battery. He didnt and couldnt do anything for me. I was in and out of the store within 2 minutes. Needless to say, I was livid. I called customer service abd she couldnt help me. She told me she would transfer me to her supervisor but a couple minutes later the call ended without talking to anyone. After being ticked off, I went to Batteries Plus and had to pay $43 for a new battery. I told the guy there my story and he told me to take the receipt to Cricket and have them reimburse me. Come to find out after all this time that my flashlight app was on and draining 46% of my battery. Problem fixed but it wasnt by Cricket. Thank you Cricket for your awful customer service. By the way, this is my 5th phone from them in 4 years because they always go to crap.
