We had great service before the staff turned over a few months ago. The last time we went in to change over to the new network we were treated terribly. The guy helping us was very pushy and tried to sell us accessories we repeatedly told him we didnt want or need. He was slow and didnt answer our questions well. Heres the kicker. We told him the service plan we wanted but he told us "youll hate me" for that level of data because it wasnt enough. He told us he was giving us the lesser plan, but today as Im checking up on my account, he actually didnt, and I have the receipt to prove it. He gave us the service plan he wanted us to have, not the one we wanted. So now I have to change things AGAIN. We were very unhappy with this interaction.
