I had my iphone 1 repaired for a cracked screen at this place. I get the phone back and the casing in the back where the bottom back clips off was not fully installed and does not clip into place due to a tab that broke. His craftsmanship on this repair was not professional since there were pry marks around the cover. I was glad my phone worked so I can get back to handling my business. Two months later the touch screen did not work from halfway to the top but halfway down it worked fine. I brought the phone back hoping he can be kind enough to look at it since its only been two months. I take it to him and he says that I dropped it too many times and there is no warranty. Keep in mind that I had this iphone 1 for a long time (4 years) and dropped it many times with a casing protecting it and never had any problems. I paid him $150 for this repair and when I bring it back he tells me it will cost $90 to fix the touch screen. Serious? He then tries to sell me another iphone. Wow. This guy is greedy and he just wants your money and does not even warranty his work. Bad craftsmanship on repairs and no warranty. This guy sucks. Beware, do not go here but if you do just know that you have been warned with my recent experience.

My fully charged iphone 4s suddenly went black and shut down all night; When I called Fast Repair the next morning the proprietor was great; told me what to try and it worked. He was helpful, friendly, and when I asked in amazement "how come it worked now but not when I tried last night" he replied "because the phone is scared of me!" Maybe so, maybe the the phone was over heated, but whatever, it worked! :) In this day and age of having to schedule on line etc. etc. it was so fresh to have someone old school enough to suggest solutions over the phone before my having to go into the store. I would have happily paid for the repair help and at least can give them a 5-star review.

Apparently this place sells phone equipment online AND does phone repair. I am not sure about the online sales, but I have been thrilled with the phone repair services. With two teenagers in the house who both have iPhones, we have had our share of screen crackage. This place has been great and for a reasonable price, $80 or less CASH, to replace the screen, we will continue to go back to this place for our repairs.

The part i received from this company is not really good part. it has a dot on the screen then it about half month is has lines. so i try to make a replacement and they make me pay return shipping in order for them to check it. this is bad business if your customer has a problem and the seller should have the return label for customer.

Seem to have overcharged us. Repair did not last. No warranty on parts OR service. Required cash only payment. Not too friendly, and not a very friendly part of town, either. Dont seem to have a great reputation with other small, more customer-service oriented shops. We wont go back.

If you know what you need, this is the place to go. They have plenty of parts in stock for many phone models. I went in today to have my iphone unlocked, they literally did it in 20 min. and also much cheaper than other shops i called. Give them a try, im sure youll be satisfied
