After dropped our phone in a lake we called TCC. We were told for $10 they could attempt to save the phone and if successful we would be charged $100. Left the phone for approximately an 1.5 hours, came back and TCC took it out of the machine powered it up and said it was successful. We paid the $100, but walking out to the car we attempted to use the buttons but none of them responded. Immediately return to the store and explain the problem. Was told by the representative that they were not responsible for prior issues. The phone worked perfectly before, now they are blaming us. Beware if you use the machine check your phone first, dont let them charge you!

I went into the Puyallup WA. store on Canyon Rd looking to upgrade to a Smart phone. After the lady representative took my information and what I needed to do with my old phone I asked to see what was available to me. She Replied. "Since you are not buying a phone today it would be a waste of my time". Since she felt I was wasting her time she not think that she just wasted 1 hour of my time by just going to that store. I do not care if you are on commission or paid in dirt. You as an employee, represent that company which is paying that to you. Verizon you have lost one more customer and as many more that listen to this or hear me repeat the episode.

The store is supposed to open at 9am according to their sign and website, but its now 9:20am and its not yet open. Id rather not drive a few miles out of my way to buy the two chargers that I need, but I cant wait any longer. While Ive been waiting, two other would-have-been customers got tired of waiting and left. Terribly unprofessional.
