We recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy S5 from Amazon, and had contacted Verizon tech department to have them assist with installing the wi fi calling. The technician advised the Sim card was not good and advised we needed to go to any Verizon store and ask for a new SIM card. We had experienced the Worst service at this location. I do not know the name of the young man who helped us, but he was no help at all. We explained to him what was going on and how tech had advised to get a new SIM card. For whatever reason, the staff member insisted that was not the issue and would not give us one. We will NOT be returning to that location again. Ironically, that was the issue, because we then went to another Verizon store who actually listened to us, and gave us a sim card, made sure it was a good card, and it was, and it fixed the problem.

I loved getting my new phone here!! Brian is the most amazing salesman!! He is energetic and funny with fantastic customer service skills! I was so stressed when my download to transfer my phone info didnt work, but he worked it out for me and didnt make me feel stupid. I appreciate that beyond words. Michael was helping us last week when we ordered that phone--hes great, too! But Brian brought it home and got us checked out with everything. Id recommend this shop for anyone needing a new phone! I came from Lacey just to shop with these wonderful guys! Thanks so much!!

This store is awesome. You can really tell the manager is invested in his staff and focused on helping customers. I felt completely assisted when I went in and felt confident in what they sold me. So much so I barely noticed the pretty penny I spent.

Had a really great time here and the manager is very knowledgable! They talked to me about their car kits and I found out my car is compatable with Hum! This will be the only Verizon store Ill ever go to!
