I wish that I could give this store 0 stars because the service is just that terrible. Doesnt matter what day of the week it is there are always to many employees just sitting around on their phones while one employee basically tells you how much he cant help you. Went in there to try to get a cyber monday deal two days after because i was not the main holder I couldnt get a phone online so why not fix it in store right?.. wrong! Now I understand I went in two days after Cyber Monday but realize as I am not the main person on the account I had to have her come with me even though my name is on the account. Online it would not even let me purchase a phone and pay 100% of the sale price with a credit card. Not only could they not help me AT ALL they made excuses like "were a franchise," and "We have nothing to do with anything online." Then when I was so aggravated I finally asked " So youre telling me basically that I have to call," He told me yes, and a phone gawcker behind the counter pipped up with "Yeah youd have to call them, but I highly doubt theyll help you much more than we can." I work Retail and whether youre a franchise or NOT.. you still represent a corporation. A Year prior to this I purchased a phone on black friday and had a woman ask me if I use apps all the time which I told her yes, and she replied "Yeah that phone is great with apps, twitter, Facebook, games.".. also.. WRONG. The phone upgraded its built in apps twice and then I downloaded a couple apps and it started telling me I was running out of space and that I wouldnt receive my messages if I didnt delete some data. When I took it to another t-mobile store to ask someone what was wrong I handed the guy my phone and he laughed and told me the phone she let me buy was worthless if you use a lot of apps or constantly use your phone for the internet and he suggested that Since Id only had it for less than a month that I take it and get my money back. Such terrible service with entitled prickish attitudes that I actually go out of my way to go to another store if I have issues with my phone.

I went to buy a new phone from this location. When purchasing this phone I was told that if I got accessories during the phone purchase they would be discounted, so I got a screen protector and a otterbox case. After purchasing these items they installed them for me. The screen protector they put on for me had bubbles in it and I was told after 24hrs they would go away and the screen would harden. A few days passed and none of these things the employee said about the screen happened, so I took back the screen and got my money back. After leaving the store with my receipt I did a little research and checked the price of the otterbox phone case they charged me for a "discounted" price on the tmobile website and they charged me full price for the case. I then called tmobile to see if there was in fact discounted bundles and the phone rep said that there was not and that I should go return the items I bought from them. I am writing this review because I want others to be aware that this location is not about their customers but is really about their sales. Always do your research and dont be afraid to call tmobile if something doesnt feel right to you.

This T-mobile location is by far the best one around. Its upbeat and the customer service is great! The reps are knowledgeable about their plans. The store has changed drastically (In a good way). Keep up the GREAT work! Shout to Danny and EZ the new store managers, and to all the reps. Alexis, Christian great job on helping me and my cousin transfer everything over from the old Samsung to the new Samsung S7. And thank you Adrian for saving us money with the new 2 line promo. I will be referring all my friends and family to this store.

I just came from this store, I decided to give it a try because its few blocks from home. And i am quite happy! The guy mentioned on the other review is no longer there, instead I was received by very friendly and knowledgeable Drew Jordan who gave me a good deal on a IPhone 6. So, I hope more folks try this store out and write down their good experience!
