I was looking for a SUV larger than the one I had. I bought my 2006 Nissan Pathfinder back in 2008 and loved it but it had over 230,000 miles on it and it was time for a new one/upgrade. Found this really nice 2010 Nissan Armada at Don Sitts and feel in love! It had soooo much room and still had that new car smell lol. So I bought it. Which was a HUGE deal especially since I have not had a car payment in over 7 years. Everyone was AMAZING to deal with. From the sales guy to the lady that got all my paper work together. (Sorry Im terrible with names) I had a few issues with it after the purchase. They assured me they would fix it they even came to me and picked my SUV up and left me with a loaner (I live about 58 miles from the dealership) talk about service!! Not even 2 mo later there was what I would call a normal wear and tear issue due to the miles. Took it to my local mechanic bc my warranty with Don Sitts had expired. They told me it was going to be a $706 job with parts and labor. I was completely heart broken. I wanted so much to love this new SUV and here I was about to shell out all this money. So I called Don Sitts talked to the Sales Manager and he told me not to worry to bring it in and let them look at it. Bc they take care of their customers even after the sale. After about 35 mins of waiting they came in and explained what was going on. It was a minor issue. They fixed the problem and so far so good. I will NEVER buy another vehicle any where else. I now know if I ever have another issue I will not hesitate to make the drive back to Don Sitts bc they do care and make sure their customers are always happen and taken care of. Thank you Don Sitts for making this purchase an enjoyable one.

I was looking around all of north-east Ohio for a certain work truck. When I found the one I eventually bought at Don Sitts, I had to believe there was some catch. It was clean, they had replaced the tires and, best of all, that sticker you always see on the window of used cars, the one that says "no warranty?" They GIVE you a warranty. Its not long, but long enough that if you have any major problems right away, you wont have to shell out a bunch of money to keep your "new" vehicle on the road. The sales guy was great, very straight-forward, polite, if a bit un-educated about this particular truck. I offered somewhat less than the asking price and walked out after some haggling, expecting that I would never again hear from them. After all, the price was the lowest for this model and this mileage I had seen anywhere within a few hours drive. But wait! Their finance manager called me, twice, that same afternoon, then again two days later. They WORKED for my business. How refreshing is that? My only reason for not rating five stars is that one rather minor sort of "used car salesman" trick was attempted, and foiled. Aside from that the experience was great. They have good products, they have good people, and they found a way to get me into that truck, at the price that I stated when I walked through the door. I would take anyone there and not worry that they would be disappointed.

I have only good things to say about Don Sitts Auto Sales and Kevin who helped me out. They are very honest and more than fair in their business. I bought a car from them out of state and they worked with me extensively over phone and email so that everything went perfectly smooth on the day I went to pick up my new car and trade in my old one. They had replaced the tires, brake pads, rotors, and air filter with all new parts. All together, that is a significant value. After receiving the car, I removed the wheels to inspect the suspension and brakes and found they had done a very professional job. Everything was lubricated perfectly in all of the right places, and I could tell they had recently done an alignment too (the adjustment flats had fresh marks on them). All of the surprises I got while working with them were good ones, I could not recommend them more. And the coffee was very good too :)

Don Sitts always has a good supply of really nice pre-owned cars. Though I now live over 6 hours away, whenever Im in town, I like to drive past the lot and look over the cars. Something Ive noticed: their staff appears to be consistent. Thats a good sign of a well run establishment, food, cars, bank, bar, or otherwise. The staff is also friendly without heavy handed sales tactics. I can park, look over the cars at my leisure, and be left alone. I like that. If I do need help, they are happy to assist. Ive bought a lot of cars (usually one to two a year) and I found my experience with Don Sitts to be one of the best. Though Ive only bought one from Don Sitts, the process was straightforward, without game play. I ended up keeping that car for a few years and put over 80K trouble free miles on it. I would definitely consider buying from Don Sitts again, and I would recommend them to a friend.

They are an excellent dealership that went the extra mile to make sure we were completely satisfied. For example: I am allergic to cats and the previous owner of this vehicle had a cat, so within 15 minutes of driving the car I began to get a very bad headache and broking-out in a rash. The staff at Don Sitts Auto Sales detailed the car not once but 3 times, using a fumigation treatment during the final detail. Then allowed me to drive the car for a week to ensure it would not give me any problems. Closing the deal was just as pleasant. Don Sitts Auto Sales is really serious about satisfying their customers, and I would recommend them to everyone in the market for a car.

They have the best pre-owed vehicles in terms of quality and price in Ohio from experience in extensive searches. Its tough to find a good balance in car, customer service, and price. Don Sitts delivers on all aspects of business. Some dealers have below market prices but there is a reason, those cars are missing quality. You can also buy a certified pre-owed from a dealership and spend more money. I choose Don Sitts because I trust their vehicles and know they price competitively. The lemon they sold me had to have a completely new brake system and air conditioning system two months after purchase. CARFAX shows a major collision front and side with all airbags deployed which they DID NOT DISCLOSE to me. I was ripped off. I plan to add this review to as many websites as possible because I KNOW they are dishonest enough to remove this review.

Weve purchased 2 cars from this location, both times we were treated as people, not just dollar bills. They had below kelly blue book value both cars, and were the best price around for the type of cars we were looking for. We still own both cars and theyre driving great! Will do business with them in the future, Im sure.
