** Second edit ** After contacting drivetime directly - not averex.. they handled my issues at hand and quickly. I praise drivetime for their customer service and willingness to help. I was very angry that I had a car that I couldnt drive or fix after 45days of owning it.. however, they understood and without question - they addressed everything for me. The people that I contacted in customer service was very understanding and moved quickly. They called me back with updates whenever they had one and I didnt have to call to bug them (which is what I originally expected). Including all parts that needed addressed. I still had to pay my deductible through insurance but I was fine with that. Id recommend drivetime to anyone, just be patient and try not to jump like I did. Thanks again! -- ** Edit ** At the 45 day mark of owning my car - we had a horrible oil leak. All of the oil has leaked out of the car.. all of it. Were currently in the process of having it at the shop to get fixed. They think its coming from the cams which then is leaking into the timing belt. Dont opt out of the warranty program, I know its more money.. but its needed. --- Alex Drescher was super helpful in my car buying experience. I got what I wanted, for a good price. I would recommend drivetime to anyone in need for car. I was waiting for a catch, waiting for something to be wrong with my purchase - however, there wasnt. Ill be sending others. Thanks again! :)

I had a great experience at the DriveTime in Bedford. They didnt have the car model that I wanted, but I was able to find something that would be equally special to me. Najib was an excellent help to me, and very patient, as well as all those that worked with me to make my buyer experience to best possible experience that Ive ever had at a dealership. My situation was unique in that I currently dont live in the state of Ohio, but needed a car while I am here because renting was not cost efficient. Plus, I had no plans to leave any time soon. Purchasing a car just seemed right, especially if I got something that I really wanted. Still, when I do leave to go back to Nevada, I needed to get the car registered in there without any complications or a specific time frame. They worked really hard to help fix this situation, as well as give me time to get back to Nevada to register the car properly. BIG thanks to Najib and the wonderful people at DriveTime Bedford.

Since this was my first time purchasing a car from a dealership, I was a little nervous. My boyfriend and I are freelance workers, so our income is kind of crazy for loan places to figure out. We worked with Joseph Manofsky and he was super patient and helpful. We signed the contract with Nick (I dont know his last name) who was also really nice and explained the terms very well. When we drove home in the new car we realized the key fob wasnt functioning properly, and the lock on the passenger door wasnt functional either. But Joseph called the next morning to check in and gave me great advice on what to do to get the situation fixed. Overall it was a great experience, and Ill definitely consider buying from them again in the future.

Amazing. I would recommend anyone to come to drive time because they really do care about your personal needs. My experience was really great because of Alex Drescher. He was not only attentive but he went above by making sure all parts of my car were in great condition before leaving the lot. For example, he had a new battery installed for me because the other one looked "iffy" lol. I appreciated his concern. Also, the process is smooth if you have all necessary documents. Its sometimes overwhelming to go through a car buying process but I can honestly say that this experience was great for Me. Use my name if you are thinking about getting a car from drive time as a reference!

Fallon is absolutely wonderful her customer service was absolutely 100% everything expected from a sales associate she made me feel absolutely comfortable Highly recommended....Drive time is the best car dealership there is in Ohio they actually deliver what they promise u prior to u coming and everyone is approved which is surprising because my credit sucks u guys actually gave me a affordable car note and I can build my credit while doing so.....Thank u Drive Time for the opportunity others wouldnt give me...... I would definitely recommend Drive Time Bedford to all those I know in need of a car! The staff is very pleasant and helpful! Theresa and Fallon are awesome to work with. They are both very knowledgeable about their jobs and very accurate. This is a no nonsense, straight forward, no gimmicks dealership. When they say they can help you get in a car with no hassle they mean it. Everyone at the dealership was kind and courteous and took their time to service me and get me into the car that I liked as well as could afford! Thank you Drive Time!

My sales representative was good. Told me straight up whats wrong with my credit or how much of a down payment i really need. Got a ford taures leased to own so wont really hurt my credit if i was to want to stop paying for it. Older car which was bad but reasonable price was taxing for the car because of 2007 but u get what u pay for going anwhere to any car lot unless u have lump sum of money. Fallon Avant was great though. Only down side is if i take the car back then my contract would start over which is bs but it is america right..

Fred White and Andrew Somerville went above and beyond to get me into the vehicle I wanted! I started their layaway program to hold my truck and 2 weeks later I was able to finish my down payment and bring my New Baby home! Went in to simply LOOK at vehicles today and came out with a 2014 Dodge Avenger. I worked with Fred W. and I was DEFINITELY not the easiest client to work with I changed my mind almost 3 times at the very last minute and he was kind and showed patience!!
