BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! This company should be shut down and investigated. They have found legal ways to screw over honest hardworking folks. Their financing is all a front and will leave a bad taste in your mouth when its all said and done. They offer low money down and low payments, however when the one year agreement is up it will leave you still owing thousands on the vehicle. They will then ask for the entire payment of the remaining balance or offer you to continue payments at a unreasonable interest rate. The owner Tony is a unprofessional, disrespectful individual that will gladly tell you that he will work with you and then put paperwork in front of you that says differently and when questioned on it he says its ok not to worry. My wife and I looked at an SUV that we were told was $4999 by the salesman. Upon starting paperwork we were informed that the price was actually $5999 by that same salesman, but he said he would give it to us at the original quoted price. The owner agreed to this then turned around and charged us $5499. After 3 days of driving the check engine light came on along with oil light, when checked it had NO oil in it, yet hadnt been leaking. I called Tony and he blamed the previous owner, but said they would fix it if I took it to their mechanics over at Longs Auto on north main st, so I did as asked. They said they "fixed" what ever issue was wrong and within a few miles of driving the engine light came back on. After 45 days they still were unable to make the car passable by e-check, Tony offered me another 45 day tag, but demanded that I pay for the tag despite it being their fault that i was unable to put plates on it. After 90 days and many trips to their mechanic, the check engine light is still on and unable to pass e-check. At this point the knock sensor had gone out, the valve gaskets were leaking causing it to burn oil and pour white smoke when started and the transmission stopped shifting into overdrive. The owner Tonys lack of common respect and decency combined with absolute greed is appalling. The owner knowingly sold me a lemon that was meant to transport my wife and 6yr old daughter.... and he did it with a smile on his face!!!! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this joke of car lot!!!! ****** update****** I dropped the SUV back at there lot today about 9:15 in the morning. I handed the manager the key and told him I was done dealing with it and them and left. around 3 hrs later im driving down the road in the car I bought yesterday, ( from a more reputable dealer ) only to see the same SUV i just returned pull out in front of me with a 45 day tag that was issued today!! Tony turned around and sold that lemon to someone else with in hrs of being given possession!!!!!!! TONY IS SCUM, A NASTY SOAR ON THE ASS OF SOCIETY!!!!!!!

The experience of buying our sons first car there was nice, the issue is that the front brakes on the backside were paper thin. The tie rods were damn near ready to dislodge. Ive worked on my own vehicles for 30 years and this was shocking to say the least. My suggestion is have a reputable mechanic thoroughly look at the vehicle if you buy from here. Had one of the tie rods given way and caused injury to my son or anyone else for that matter I cannot even begin to tell you the fury I would have. They knew this is was a first car for our 16 year old. To send someone out in a vehicle with such diminished front brakes and the worst tie rods Ive seen tells me you do not care about safety of others. All youre looking for is the fast buck. This car was never checked out. I knew there was play in the steering and brakes werent great but I never imagined the extent. Purchased this car one week shy of a month ago and still have yet to see the title. Ive purchased 30+ vehicles in my lifetime and have never had to wait this long. I really truly wanted to leave a positive review because they were personable to my wife and I but when it comes to my son and his safety there is no way I could do that in good faith. I do however pray for the old man and his speedy recovery/health.

I love north hill auto! After going to multiple bigger dealerships and spending hours trying to get financed, always with the same outcome...... we just cant do anything for you! It all changed after finding north hill auto. Friendly, family atmosphere with a knowledgeable staff who understands people. 100% financing with 0% Interest was no joke...100% true. Love my new car with a payment that fits my budget. I strongly recommend you check north hill auto out!

I highly recommend that YOU DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS PLACE. THEY ARE A SCAM!! TONY HAS HAD TO TAKE SOOOOO MANY HONEST AND DECENT PEOPLE TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT THAT THEY KNOW HIM MY NAME, EVEN THE JUDGES. ITS REALLY A SHAME. BEING IN COURT THAT MUCH SHOULD TELL YOU SOMETHING, AND ITS NOT ABOUT HIS CUSTOMERS, ITS ABOUT HIS DISHONEST PRACTICES. STAY AWAY. I RATED "1 STAR" BUT THAT WAS ONLY BECAUSE I HAD TO, ITS NOT EVEN THAT!

Fantastic experience! Joe is the absolute best! He made us a fantastic deal and went the extra mile to ensure all of our questions and concerns were answered. Save yourself hassle and money by not purchasing a car from here. Cars are way over priced and the owner Tony is very unprofessional. He has called me at work and threatened physical harm. Would explain why most of the cars that were on the lot a year ago when I got my car are still there. This place is a joke!

These cars are lemons and over priced!! The car me and my girlfriend got from here it needed all new brakes a new starter a/c went out and this was all in within the first few months.. and the customer service is poor, if they are really going out of business then its a good thing!
