Terrible! I went in there and the lady was annoyed right off the bat. I had a small special request, which was just adding card with the arrangement. I wanted to do something nice with the card and arrangement together. The lady seemed more annoyed that I was even asking such a thing. I was asked what flowers I wanted and she tossed me a book. I then asked what color roses she had, due to the fact they had absolutely nothing displayed in the stored, and it was a cluttered mess. She went in the back, returned told me 3 colors. I asked to see some of the roses to get a better idea. Again, she went into the back. At this point I could hear her yelling at another worker, "Now he wants to see the flowers!" She came back empty handed and I told her if she didnt want to help me I will take my business elsewhere. I then went to Yuba City Florist after this; the staff there was extremely friendly and helpful. Avoid Garden Gate Florist and go to Yuba City Florist instead.
