I ordered flowers for a baby shower. One wristlet and one chest, pink roses with a lavender ribbon. I sent someone to pick up my order. It was wrong. I called on Tuesday afternoon to tell them the order was incorrect and I wasnt happy with it. She told me we did not have pink roses so we switched them to lavender roses and pink ribbon. I told her I wish you would have let me know that is not what I wanted, I would have asked for yellow roses instead, or carnations. I also told her they were both chest and she said she(meaning her co-worker) told me two chest. I said no I am looking at my receipt and it says chest and wristlet and that is what was discussed when I ordered flowers. She said well we need to pay better attention next time. No apology no nothing. Next time. There will be no next time. Unprofessional. I try to buy local and I will never use this business again. No accountability and I don;t care attitude, how do you stay in business?!

Super Service! I found myself in the situation of being a day late in getting flowers delivered for a birthday. I called Brentwood flowers after picking out what I wanted from their excellent website. I spoke with Veronica, who indicated that they had all the flowers in stock, and then asked when did I want it delivered, to which I answered, "Yesterday!". She laughed, and then said, "Well, I cant do that, but would be happy to deliver these for you today (it was already 2 in the afternoon). I was floored, but then of course, asked what the new delivery charge would be, to which she replied, " Im not too busy right now, so no extra charge!" About 1 hr later I received a call from the recipient saying the flowers had just been delivered! I only wish that all businesses would be as customer oriented! I would give them 10 stars if I could.

More like TEN stars! Needing a quick turnaround and the perfect something for our Dad who was not feeling happy due to some family issues, I needed to find a fix right away. I thought flowers and Googled for the florist closest to him. (We live in Santa Cruz, he lives in Brentwood.) I called Brentwood Florist. Not being the most patient person and in the midst of multi-tasking at work, I prepared myself for some lengthy and tedious conversation trying to explain what I wanted and needed delivered right away. Within minutes, the perfect recommendation (blue roses!) was given by Teresa, the order and payment was taken by Evan (he texted me the receipt and photo of the bouquet!), and within 30 minutes a fabulous bouquet was delivered making for a very happy Dad. Amazing experience! Thank you so much, Teresa and Evan!! You Rock!

I called and ordered a nice flower arrangement for my sister on her birthday. They delivered a smaller arrangement with 1/3 the amount of flowers. when I called them about the problem they said they didnt have the flowers needed for the arrangement so they sent her less flowers but the flowers they did send were "better quality". They said they could send the original flowers I ordered but it would take two weeks. I opted for a refund to my credit card but only after they picked up the arrangement they delivered. Laughable. I wont again be using Brentwood Florists...and neither will my family in Brentwood.

Brentwood Florist is the best, there so professional and nice, I use there services all the time, they did a perfect job for my mothers funeral. I send flowers to my friends all the time and there just spectacular! they always go over and beyond with there work and service ! there just amazing! every time I go into there shop there so nice and courteous. The shop is always so nice and full of beautiful flowers. They do everything from funerals, to weddings, special occasions, birthdays, graduations they do everything. I give them a 10 plus !!!!

Very efficient and helpful staff. I called and didnt know what to order for a funeral. The lady on the phone asked questions and suggested something to send to the home since the service was only a memorial service. It felt good to know that what I ordered was gonna be taken to the house then sitting in the funeral home and tossed out afterwards since there was no burial afterwards. I would use this florist again and again.

I called them for my grandmothers funeral, there work was beautiful ! They were so nice and helpful with our order, they went over and beyond with there customer service. I highly recommend them for all floral needs. Thumbs up in all that they do will recommend them to all of my family and friends.

My boss sent a beautiful arrangement from brentwood florist for the passing of my wifes grandfather. We were heading out of town for a few days and took them with us. They survived the trip and back still looking great.
