So I ordered flowers on Valentines day for my wife because this place is on the way home. I ordered an arrangement that had ALL stargazer lilies since its my wifes absolute favorite flower. Well I get there to pick up my order and they havent finished it yet. So no problem Im in no rush. Then one of the ladies asks if I really want it all pink like the order said. I reply "not really as long as there are stargazer lilies I dont care." So the lady was like "oh yeah no problem, Im going to UPGRADE you for free." So at this point Im thinking "cool Im getting hooked up." I even asked the lady "are you sure those are stargazer?" She replies "yeah, theyre not even bloomed so these will last for a while." Low and behold a week later...white lilies bloomed and not a single lily I asked to make sure was put in. I promised to write a good review but sorry guys you kinda messed it up for yourself.

The girl that helped me was very courteous professional and she reassured me that they could do what every florist I called could not do and she hand made a graduation lei for me and I only had the one day notice I could never say enough for Royal Florist theyre the best in Sacramento area as far as Im concerned and again THANK YOU ROYAL FLORIST FOR HELPING A PROUD FATHER GIVE HIS DAUGHTER A BEAUTIFUL GRADUATION LEI FOR HER COLLEGE GRADUATION

Horrible. I cant get a hold of them on the phone, they dont answer! And delivered my order the next, I couldnt get a refund or change the address!
