I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place! Just as recently as this past Saturday, I purchased another amazing bouquet of flowers for my mom for Mothers Day from the people at Twiggs. I am always treated so wonderfully by the staff at Twiggs - they are courteous, professional, and welcoming. On this particular occasion, I was able to meet the owner - Wes - who was so gracious and thankful for my business. Before moving back to Sacramento 3 months ago, I lived in San Francisco for 6 years. After receiving and sending numerous floral arrangements during that time, I can honestly say that the qualify of the work done by the florists at Twiggs surpasses almost anything I purchased or received during my time in SF. I think I only purchased maybe one bouquet for a friend of mine that was even on the same level of Twiggs - but of course, it was three times the price. Twiggs not only creates works of art with their flowers, but their prices are the most reasonable of any florist Ive patronized. They will work with any price point to create a beautiful arrangement for any occasion. I literally call Twiggs, tell them this is how much I want to spend, and let them do their thing. I have never ONCE been disappointed with their work - and each time I feel the arrangement is more beautiful than the last. I hope this neighborhood business never leaves!! I have used Twiggs for several years for all the important events, and they are fabulous. Some of the most impressive floral arrangements I have ever seen. I use the exotics and they make you feel you are in Hawaii. Deliver is spot on, and very friendly staff. Wes the owner will wow you with the freshness and beauty of the flowers and arrangements. Dried arrangements are very lifelike and fit the surrounding decor impeccably. Cant say enough great things about one of the best florists youll ever find. DC

I walked into the shop and was helped immediately. I was asked what I needed and replied, "A bouquet of flowers that says Im sorry." It was 15 minutes before closing time. Not only did they help me, but they kept the place open until well after 7:00 to get it right. Marina created an amazing arrangement twice the size I expected that my girlfriend flipped over.I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

They were awesome over the phone. I ordered flowers from out of state for the same day delivery and then found out my friend was leaving early. So I called back and they were able to get them to her earlier than planned. And they were super friendly and easy going about it. They made it a great experience!

Absolutely adore this wonderful little shop! The owner and all of his staff are just so fantastic to work with and have provided me over the years with flowers for every occasion and need, that I always get tremendous compliments on. Truly, one of my favorite local small businesses around!

I had a great experience ordering flowers for my wife over the phone. The design was not "cheesy" like some 800 number flower deliverer, i.e. no babys breath etc. My wife was stunned with the arrangement and the compliments I received for choosing it did not hurt either!
