Per my ordering experience at Relles Florist over the phone yesterday for a colleagues funeral service, I was very impressed by the great service provided. The flowers were very beautiful and decorating was perfect. Also, since it is a last-minute order arrangement, it was delivered on the same Monday promptly to Miller Funeral Home before 4 pm. Thank you for your courteous and very prompt handling of my order for a same day delivery to a funeral service being held in Sacramento today. I dont live in Sacramento and was unable to attend the service. Your online website was easy to use and when I called to confirm you had received my online order (you had) your courtesy was much appreciated. I ordered over the phone without seeing a basket but I think my simple instructions were clear. I only wanted a fall mix of red, yellow and orange. Easy enough. My sister-in-law sent me a picture of yellow, pink, green, and purple. If there was a shortage of the colors I needed then I should have been called. I gave one star for the very nice girl that answered the phone and one star for getting my order delivered on time.

I walked in 35 minutes before they were closing and the lady at the front counter refused to sell me anything. She said they were already closed. I asked why then was the door unlocked and the sign out front show closing as 5:00 PM, she had no answer and said sorry. Granted, I had just come from the gym, and looked like a hobo, but still I was going to order a dozen roses. Too bad, but Ill never go there again.

girls please dont go here. i got my bridal flowers and centerpieces and they were wilted. they looked like they were made a week prior. all my roses were open and only lasted just past i dos. they did not hold up for the reception. overpriced!! i thought i would get good stuff if i paid a little more. if they would have lasted at least 1/2 way through my 5 hour reception.

When I was in high school in the 50s all my corsages came from Relles. I have lived out of town for over 60 years and I am never disappointed when using Relles to send flowers to my friends in the Sacramento area. They are fast, efficient and the arrangements are beautiful. It says a great deal to be able to receive the same service from a company for over 60 years.

I ordered flowers for my sisters birthday from out of state. The website was easy to navigate and the flowers looked exactly as they did online. I received an confirmation of my order immediately via email and was pleasantly surprised to also receive confirmation of delivery and who signed for them.

The Relles staff was very helpful when I called to place my order. They were able to deliver my order the same day, and they even texted me a photo of the order, and emailed me a confirmation of delivery. I couldnt really ask for any more than that! I would definitely recommend it.
