I live in another state. I wanted to send sympathy flowers to my brother and family, letting them know they are in our hearts during this sad difficult time. For many years my family and I have used this shop. Its apparent Its Not same friendly shop, it use to be.. I was extremely disappointed in Customer service as we spoke over the phone she was abrupt, in a hurry to take my order, I felt like just a another number.. I only wanted sympathy flowers, no special instructions. Flower arrangements cost a lot of money! And to be treated unkindly I decided to order from another flower shop.. I did - happy to say.. I ordered from Melissa Flower Shop in Tracy,Ca, Im so grateful to them. The customer service was impeccable, kind, and thoughtful, they actually listened and cared ! Oh my gosh ! They sent me Photos of finished sympathy bouquet before they delivered them to my family.. Since I live in another state they wanted me to see it and make sure I was happy! Never has a flower shop sent me pictures ! Simply Amazing ! I will let everyone know Melissas flower shop in Tracy,Ca is 5 + stars for - Caring customer service - beautiful bouquets and piece of mind knowing you will get far more then you pay for. Ive never written a review, maybe little flower shop customer service will learn something from Melissas Flower Shop. Out of state disappointed customer

No accountability and ruined a birthday surprise. Ive been ordering from this flower shop exclusively for the last eight years. I ordered a birthday bouquet was specified flowers and was assured it would be delivered on the morning delivery truck. On the day they were due to be delivered I was informed that they didnt have the flowers I requested, in stock, but would be happy to replace the missing flowers with another. I was then given three different excuses as to why the flowers werent available. This is not what I paid $130 for and now its to late to order from another company! Thanks little flower shop.

Its a charming place! Ive been ordering for the many events (birthdays, anniversaries, etc.) of my family members who live in Tracy, over quite a few years now. They always bring lovely arrangements, right on time and beautifully done, delivered to the door. Wonderful!

Karen and the whole staff here is great , wont find better service anywhere . whatever your needs are her and her staff can accommodate you . Had a dozen long stem roses sent to my girl for valentines day and they were gorgeous , couldnt be happier .

Very nice local flower shop. Ordered my corsage and boutainer from here for prom and they did a lovely job matching my dress. There was a hassle in which they couldnt find my order but other than that everything turned out good.
