Staff is always helpful when I need flowers for any given event/circumstance, and the flowers are always healthy and beautiful! As a guy who doesnt know the meanings of certain flowers, they know what is I need for the situation, show me what I think of it, and give all the tips and tricks to taking good care of the flowers/plant. I visit them in times of short notice and they always pull through for me - and as a Roseville resident, it also feels great finding a local business to support. I almost never write reviews, but when I saw the one-star rating that challenges their character, I had to step up and say how satisfied I am with their service. I feel sorry for anyone who thinks they are fake or sarcastic, good people actually do exist, and I couldnt be happier with the staff at Heaven Scent Florist. UPDATE: We had Vivian and Richard create our bouquets and boutonnieres for our 10/05/13 wedding, and we couldnt have been happier! Not only that, but we had no idea what we wanted/like for flower types. We worked with Vivian to tell her a few things we like from pictures she showed us, gave her our wedding colors, and she took it from there. It was great working with Richard and Vivian, especially with their extensive knowledge on flower types and availabilities according to the season. We always recommend them for daily floral needs, but we can now recommend them for beautiful floral designs for a wonderful wedding. Thank you again to you both!!

I had ordered flowers from FTD for my mom on Valentines Day. FTD left me a message on Vday saying that arrangement was sold out. They were refunding my money since they could not get ahold of any flower shop. I called CA from NY and Heaven Scent was so helfpul and fast. My mom cried when she recieved the flowers just a couple hours later. I never even saw the bouquet but my mom said it was gorgeous.

Our family lives in Texas and had a miscommunication about who was going to order the flowers for my Aunts memorial service in Roseville. I called Heaven Scent in a panic an hour before the service was to begin and the woman I spoke with was incredibly kind, understanding and quickly talked me through options and solutions. Wedding Ease! We are using this company to take care of our wedding and we could not feel any better about our decision. We are so well taken care of and feel VERY loved. The owners are very fun to be around and make you feel very cared for. I will use them and this company for ALL of my flower needs!
