I usually dont write reviews but this was one of the worst experiences I have had. The order went through easily. However the flowers were not delivered on day requested. No Call or anything. I called and talked to someone for 30 minutes and she promised to give her a chance to see if they could deliver it that day. She never called back. I called again two later and the new person didnt have any idea what I was talking about. She looked it up and told me that it has not yet been delivered but she will refund me my shipping costs. I told her to cancel the order and she said that since its been delivered she cant. i told her few minutes ago she had told me that it had not been delivered (which is the case). Finally after another 30 minutes, she agreed to refund my money and cancel the order. I am still waiting for confirmation. NEVER ORDER from this site.

For once I was early, ordering flowers for Mothers Day 2 weeks early & asking for delivery on Friday before Mothers Day. Received order confirmation on 4/22 & Fed Ex confirmation on Friday that order had been picked up. Friday — no flowers delivered. Saturday — still no flowers. Mothers Day — 1-800- Flowers says theyre late because theyre busy. Really? Busy on Mothers Day? What a surprise! "If it absolutely, positively has to be there on time," dont bother to call 1-800-Flowers unless you want dead flowers delivered late. Did they offer a refund? No. They offered to call my wife & apologize. Just what she wanted. A lame apology from a call center in India. Next time Ill call a local florist.

DELIVERY is very late.Very Disappointed in delivery and sending gifts on different day than what was ordered to be delivered and THE 20.00 BS is NOT what is wanted.What is wanted is the delivery to be on the day that it is expected.VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED FOR SUCH A HIGH RATED COMPANY.

Flowers for a funeral. To be deliver at 2 places at a certain time and they did that great. The arrangements were beautiful.
