With tomorrow being Valentines Day, my Bf decided to use this florist to send me flowers. While his intentions were amazing, this flower shop completely dropped the ball, leaving us both Very disappointed. The front side of the arrange was nice (aside from some wilting and dead flowers), while the backside was empty and filled with filler greenery. After I removed the name tag hold the card, the bouquet fell limp. It looks as though I made it myself. To my boyfriends defense, Im sure he paid for something that was visually pleasing. Ive called a few times to talk to someone there, however no one seems to pick up the phone. Since its a long weekend I highly doubt theyll be willing to resolve my issue, we will never use them again. Think twice before using Flowers Unlimited. UPDATE:: I was finally able to get ahold of a the florist yesterday and after going back and fourth briefly over expectations, they were willing to work with me. They originally wanted me to come into the shop, and I simply could not. She offered to exchange my original arrangement for something of equal value( they chose the new arrangement due to a lack of flower availability). I received to new arrangement this morning and it was much better than the previous arrangement.

The reviews are all true...Rebecca and Richard are amazing! Ive been waiting to write my review - hoping to attach photos - but I cant hold out any longer. I have to share my appreciation for the great work they did and hopefully help those of you looking for a great florist find the team of your dreams. They were so easy to work with - what you discuss and what they promise is exactly what they deliver. They are willing to work with your budget and are definitely not looking to overcharge or upsell you in anyway. You can tell they are very experienced and know exactly what they are doing - and what is needed to give you the look and ambiance you want. I highly recommend! There are so many florists out there - but Flowers Unlimited is truly the best.

Do not order from this shop. My brother in law ordered flower from here and someone from this shop emailed my brother in law and said that his order was not processed because he didnt provide the security code on his card so he gave it her without thinking much about it. She ended up taking all his information from his card and bought tons of stuff online. Thank God my brother in law caught her right away so the orders were not processed. They are lucky my sister is not reporting this yet because my brother in law got all his money back. To the person who did this to my brother in law, if youre reading this just know that we have your name and we will be reporting it soon!

I ordered flowers for my son in laws funeral. Showed them what I wanted . Charged me 140.00 for what I want. When arrangement was at church it was so tacky looking. The ribbon was stapled to stand. No bow. The flowers were already wilted. The arrangement I picked was suppose to be full and they barely had any flowers. The next day flowers were all flopped over. So disappointed. Wish I would of gone somewhere else. The arrangments from other florist looked so much better. Very heart breaking in an emotional situation.

I am very disappointed in this place, unprofessional manager, and very rude, paid for delivery and was not deliver directly to my mother especially if its mothers day, this place is a joke, never and ever will I buy from this place again ! didnt want to give it any star, but had to just so I can leave a real review !

worst ever misrepresenting pictures on there web site compared to what they send paid for the premium and i think they didnt even send the mini. will never do business with these guys again.

Living on the other side of the world in Australia I was able to send my relative flowers and called for extra requests and they had no problem doing it. Lovely staff, thank you !
