DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I called to order an arrangement to be delivered for a family member the day they got home from the hospital after surgery. Everything was ok at the time of order. I spoke with the owner and spelled out all information and address to be sure there was no confusion. On the day of delivery, I received a call saying they couldnt find the house and that the driver was done with work and took the flowers with him and would be delivered tomorrow. I verified address with her and sure enough she had the wrong address, even though I spelled out each word the day prior. But, accidents do happen and they are understandable. I asked the owner to take a discount off the price of the arrangement or to waive the delivery charge ($10). She became irate and actually started yelling at me! I was in shock. She would not take responsibility for making an error in the address and tried to explain to me the process and break down of how she runs her business and how she has to pay her driver regardless of if the flowers were delivered or not. Totally not interested. She eventually offered to throw in a teddy bear (saying I was "forcing" her to give me something) which I declined and again said I wanted the delivery charge waived since they did not show up on the day I requested. I ultimately had to hang up on her because she wouldnt let me say anything and kept arguing with me. The next day the flowers were delivered, and they were wilted! Im not sure if the driver left them in the car or what, but what a horrible disappointment! I spent $100+ for a wilted, small, late, flower arrangement. The owner of Laguna Flowers needs a lesson in customer service. I will definitely pass on to anyone I know to not waste their money dealing with this company. Im a huge supporter of local businesses, but you have to keep your customers happy and you definitely have to have a quality product. Laguna Flowers doesnt have either.

Called to order white rose petals. I was fist given a price of $5.00 per bag, their usual daily price. The person on the phone then talks to the owner and was given instructions to charge me $10 per bag so that they can "insur" me that the white petals will be available the day I pick it up (2 days later). She said, if there becomes a need for the petals that my order would be pushed back unless I pay double for insurance. WTF!? REALLY?! I then asked how much it would be if I was to just pick it up right after we got off the phone, the price was now $10, double the original amount! In the scheme of it all, it was only $5 extra per bag which is nothing compared to what Im paying for a wedding. Im more irritated that they would try to pull something like that. Beware of price given to you, be sure to get it in writing.

Ordered flowers to be delivered on Valentines Day ! My wife got a call from a delivery driver in the evening time to tell her that they would not be able to deliver the flowers that I expected to be delivered to her on the holiday until the DAY AFTER ! I dont care how busy the holiday is if you cant perform the job that youve been paid to do then dont accept the order! I would have gladly gone to the supermarket to buy her a dozen roses to give to her on the day of then to have her get the flowers the following day after the holiday! Avoid these guys and use Ninas flowers.

One of the greatest florists I have been to, mostly because the workers are all really nice and concerned with giving you the best quality care and service they can give. Ive been coming here for 8 months or so and not once have I had bad service. The flowers are always top of the line, they have some of the most full roses I have ever seen. Only possible complaint would be that the store is quite small, but that never has taken away from my experience here! Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for high quality flowers and excellent service,

I had flowers delivered to my wife from this shop. The arrangement looked just like the photo from their website. The wife did comment about the lavender roses being a little brown, but we understand that those roses arent a highly sought after item. Overall, Im satisfied with the item I purchased on line. Its also nice to have flowers delivered with the flowers already together, rather than in a box and the person getting them having to set the flowers up themselves.

Try to call and it either tells me you guys arent available or ask me for my zip code and phone number so I put it In and it says its wrong and hangs up. Im super u pet because I wanna make sure my grandma gets her flowers for her birthday today. I really hope the flowers look good as well. It concerns me with all these previous reviews Ive been reading. If she doesnt receive them today I want a refund.

I dont know if they read all the bad reviews and stepped their game up, but I placed a same day delivery order online and the flowers got there no problem. They looked stunning. I wouldnt have gone with them if I had read the reviews first, so Im glad I didnt.

Very bad experience with this florist. The flowers were delivered late and were poor quality. My order was not complete and I did not get everything that I had paid for. When I spoke to the manager all she wanted to do was make excuses. Dont shop here.

Wonderful service! I recommend Amen who is helpful and a delight to speak to on the phone. He worked within my budget and made a custom bouquet for my mom and dad as a thank you gift. I will absolutely use Laguna Flowers again in the future!!!

Can I put 0 stars. This place is a rip off. I gave them $100 for a birthday bouquette. Some of the flowers were wilted....And she said that they were the personality of the flowers.
