Rate this place with a minus 5. It was my first time using them and I will never, ever, ever use them again. I specifically ordered 30 of the same flowers we had at our wedding sent to my wife on our 30th wedding anniversary. What I got was 6 flowers and multiple buds. I called and was told to give them time to open. Two days later we had 7 blooms with 1 dying bloom. My wife was crying every time she looked at the arrangement. I called and asked them to come by and take away the arrangement and when they did, my wife received a lecture and attitude from the delivery person that the flowers were dying because she should have “changed” the water?? Five days after the delivery I met with the owner and his comment was, “What do you want me to do? ” He gave me attitude too. I asked for my money back and I said he should try to make it right. He obviously doesn’t care because he did nothing to repair their mistake and it took 4 days to get a refund. I own a small business and try to support other small businesses. I pride myself on customer service and if there was an issue, I would have made a bigger effort and communicated right away. They did nothing. I made it very clear to them what I wanted when I ordered the 30-bloming flowers for that specific day. I never asked about the cost, which was expensive, I only wanted what I was paying for. Instead of a happy event, these people spoiled the surprise and didn’t care or try to do the right thing. I’m very, very disappointed….

My husband ordered my some flowers through a 3rd party for our anniversary. Razanne Flowers was the local Florist working with them. He ordered them and paid to have them delivered as soon as possible. They were suppose to arrive around 1pm as I leave work at 3pm. I got a text after 5 that someone showed up as they were closing the office. She apologized she was late and blamed traffic. Not for 4 hours?! I called the 3rd party shortly after I got the text from a co-worker (now surprise ruined). They informed me they would deliver a new and upgraded set on Monday (today) as the flowers would have started to wilt over the weekend.. By 1pm I hadnt seen anything so I called this Florist. They informed they got the request from the 3rd party but refused to deliver another set as they have proof that someone else had signed for them... despite being 4 hours LATE. I am so upset and should not be so stressed out over a small bouquet of flowers that cost $100 that were wilting by the time I got them!!! This is insane. Wish I could give less then 1 star.

Amazing people work here and they will do what ever it takes to get you the right flowers for your loved ones. Will continue to go to this flower shop in the future. My first experience with them was one i will not forget, they delivered flowers for me even though they were close to closing. They are very friendly snd know what they are doing. Thanks!
