Recently we visited several flower shops for funeral flowers. This place not only was expensive but they misrepresented themselves. We had family with us and it was a vulnerable moment and they knew it. The clerk said he created the casket flowers and standing arrangements and that he made his flowers larger than most and not at all small arrangements. He specifically said "none of my work is small I create huge arrangements". When they actually did arrive they were compact and small. I wish he would have shown us exactly what we were paying for, The last thing you want during a funeral is to be disappointed with the flowers or any arrangements. :( Thumbs down for this place and its dishonesty.

Alex Floral was so helpful in putting together a beautiful bouquet for my daughter on her wedding day. The flowers were delivered in a very timely manner and my daughter was thrilled with the arrangement. The Customer Service at Alex Floral is second to none - friendly, helpful - it was a pleasure to speak with someone who enjoys their work and people! I will certainly be using Alex Floral in the future.‎
