I am absolutely disgusted with this Edible Arrangements Store (1300 E Bidwell St. Folsom, CA 95630) and the people that work there. Particularly the Operations /Finance Director named Darren M. Messina. This guy is the rudest person I have ever met in my life… that is seriously no exaggeration. Here’s what happened… I went online to place an order and saw that there was a coupon code for free delivery with a $50+ purchase. So, I chose a beautiful looking arrangement for my wife that happened to be advertised for exactly $50. For some reason when I clicked on the product and added it to my cart the price changed to $49.50 and it no longer qualified for free delivery. I didn’t make a big deal about it though, I just found a $5 off coupon online and ordered it for pickup. Luckily for me (or unluckily since Darren Messina was there NOT holding down the Fort) there was a 7-minute pickup option. I chose that option, paid and had planned to be there in 20 minutes to get the order. Then, about 10 minutes later I received a phone call from the store telling me that there was no way they could process the order in that time. Instead I would have wait at least 45 minutes. I informed them that I couldn’t do that and would just like a refund… but first I thought, “Maybe I could speak with the manger to see if there was anything he could do about the delivery”.- WRONG MOVE… Then, Darren Messina got on the phone… He yelled at me from the very beginning telling me that I shouldn’t expect to have chocolate dipped and dried in just 7 minutes. I got upset and asked if I could finish talking. I explained I was a new customer and didn’t know how long it took chocolate to dry! I then told him that the site shouldn’t offer free shipping and 7 Minute delivery if they couldn’t actually provide it. I got yelled at some more… so then, told Darren, I would just come into the store. Then he could process the refund and I could get his managers information- I then hung up the phone. About 30 second later Darren actually called me back!! I asked him to please not call my cell phone anymore. He told me that if I came into the store he would call the police on me (for what, I don’t know). He also told me not to threaten him (because I said I could take the conversation up with his manager). I just hung up the phone. I went into the store and the second I walked in Darren pointed to the door and yelled my name, telling me to “Get out before I call the police!”. I said for what… I paid money for a product. He told me that he alredy processed the refund and to leave. So, I grabbed a business card off the counter (happened o have his name on it….yay!!!) and then left. I called another local store and they apologized telling me that they have complaints about him like that all the time and asked me to call the corporate office. When I called corporate they assured me that this was not their policy. The apologized for his rude behavior and told me that if the site says 7 minute delivery then it should have been done in 7 minutes. They told me that this person should never have called me and told me it would take at least 45 minutes. The customer service rep tried calling the store to speak with Darren Messina but she said he yelled at her too and talked to her like she was a little kid. I decided to leave a report of this behavior on Google, Tripadvisor, the Corporate website and any other forum where people are listening. Stay away from this store and Darren M. Messina!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered what was supposed to be a beautiful and delicious arrangement for my sons fifth birthday party that cost nearly $200 including delivery. The picture of what I received speaks for itself. I spoke with the store manager named Darren who was disrespectful and doesnt know how to put a period at the end of his sentences. My case had to be escalated to corporate where I was provided a full refund and an apology. Never again will I support the Folsom branch of this business and Ill make sure others know about my experience.

Ordered a daisy arrangement and the fruit was extremely rotten under the fruits chocolate. It seems they dipped rotten fruit to actually hide that it’s rotten. This and the manager Darren M. Was extremely rude. Probably the rudest man I’ve ever met. I wouldn’t recommend placing an order here
