I ordered some flowers to be delivered to the workplace of someone Im seeing. I noted in my order that they be delivered before 12 noon. I called this florist at about 1:05 pm and asked if they had been delivered successfully. The lady who answered the phone was very short in her responses and sounded bothered that she had to talk to me. She said that the flowers were still being put together and they would be delivered soon. I told her that they were suppose to be delivered before 12 noon. She said that there were no specifications stating that theybe delivered in the am. I asked her to read the "Special Instructions." She said, "oh, here it says before 12 noon." She said, "well we can just deliver it tomorrow or to the house." (since the person to receive the flowers has already left work) I asked if I was going to be compensated for the mistake. The lady on the phone started rambling off excuses about how busy they were, she just couldnt grasp the idea that she was suppose to be running a business, and that when you make a mistake you make up for it. She finally said, "so what do you want, me to cancel the order?" I said, "oh yea." She then hung up on me. Soooooooo I pretty much recommend this place to everyone.

Ordered flowers for a friend. Minimum amount for a delivery is a $35 arrangement. Think this is a bit ridiculous, I can understand a delivery charge but a minimum amount on top of a delivery fee is just bad business in my opinion. Although they were nice enough to lower the delivery charge seeing as the delivery was just a few blocks away.

Cant find better customer service! Lori, the owner is incredibly talented! She is a true artist! She has an amazing staff! I wish I could give all my friends and family flowers regularly from their shop.

Called for Mothers Day...very responsive service on the telephone. Took late order very politely. I recommed them.
