I do not usually give reviews.. but here goes!!!WOW If I could give 10 STARS.. I would. I googled Flower Shops in Carmichael I wanted to send a Big Thank you to some one special. I went to the website and chose an Orchid. I called and spoke to KIM and explained to her what I was looking for and the reason I was sending, she made some great suggestions and I placed my ordered. I received a confirmation Email 1 min later, I also received a text with the actual PIC of my gift. so cool and FRESH AND PERFECT. 1 hour later a confirmation of delivery! What a JOY!! to shop there quick and Nice. I wish all my shopping was as awesome as this was... Please give them a try! Ask for KIM*****

Based on other Google reviews, I called (from Washington state) and spoke with Kim to order and deliver a bouquet of flowers (and balloon!) to my adult daughter who lives in Fair Oaks. Kim was delightful to talk to and she handled the order very efficiently. The flowers were delivered promptly the same day and I received an email confirmation that my daughter was there and they were given to her. Later that day, my daughter emailed me some photos of the arrangement. It was stunning and perfect for a grown-up birthday girl. My daughter thought it was beautiful too. The price was reasonable and I would recommend this shop without reservation.

I needed to order a couple of flower arrangements in vases as well as a standing wreath for my grandmothers funeral service. I do not live in the area, and am unfamiliar with local flower shops. I had to do some research on the internet and found Joy Flower Shop which had a lot of good reviews. I spoke to Kim on the phone to place my order and explain what I wanted. She was very pleasant and accommodating. I was very pleased with the quality of service, and fair price. All three items were beautiful. I would definitely recommend them, and they will be my go to contact for my future needs in the Sacramento area.

Joy Flower Shop is the place to call if you need flowers. I had a dear friend pass away and couldnt be there for the funeral but wanted to send flowers to the family. This arrangement would represent me there to them so it was important. I spoke with Kim about what I was looking for. She sent a text with a picture but it was not what I wanted so they pulled it off the truck and tried again. It took 3 tries to get what I was looking for but Kim was always friendly and patient. I appreciate that kind of service and the type of people who truly want you to be happy with their product. I recommend them highly

Joy Flower Shop is the perfect name for this wonderful, family owned business. We had a vision of what we wanted for a dear friend whose husband just passed. Kim worked with us every step of the way, sending us pictures and revising the bouquet twice to make it perfect. Her unwavering kindness and professionalism made the entire experience a delight. Kim called us personally a few times to ensure we were 100% satisfied. She even personally delivered our bouquet and called us to tell us how it went. I chose this shop based on existing reviews and they have earned every one of the positive reviews posted. I prefer to buy online and their website is well made and easy to use. They add a nice touch by offering to send the buyer a texted photo of the arrangement on the morning of delivery. Both my daughters said that all the flower components were top quality and every bloom opened fully. In addition, the delivery charge is very reasonable and the customer service is superb! I will be using this shop for all future flower needs in the Sacramento area.

I found this shop one day when I wanted to surprise my wife, they were the closest shop to where I was at the time. I chose them because of their location, and was very pleased at their willingness to do a very short notice delivery. At the time I was in a hurry and didnt pay close attention to anything, but they did have a nice variety. So, as is probably typical for us guys, I waited until 8 am on the morning of our 2nd anniversary, while at work on a return run from Fresno to think about getting an arrangement delivered to my wife....

I have gone to Joy Flower Shop a few times and I have always been very happy with the flowers I got. The flowers that I order look just like the pictures that they post. The flowers have always been fresh and the order has always been ready on time. The price reasonable and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I ordered some flowers for my mom on mothers day and was trying to surprise her by sending it to her work. I put in the delivery notes to send it before she gets off, that got a little complicated but Kim at the shop was super nice and tried really hard to accommodate with me in case it didnt get sent in time (thankfully, it did) My mom loves the flowers and their services were great!

I couldnt be more pleased with Joy Flower Shop. Their arrangements are always beautiful, fresh, promptly delivered and reasonably priced. Their customer service is superb! They even email you a photo of your arrangement prior to delivery. I have used many florists in the Sacramento, Roseville and Rocklin area and none compare to Joy Flower Shop.

Very easy to work with, fair prices. Nice and convenient website. You can tell this flower shop pays attention to details. I sent flowers this weekend to my aunt who is in the hospital, only to find out she got discharged early. Even though they had to change the delivery location, they still accommodated us and were very professional.
