Just received my flowers and not impressed. My camera is not good, so no pic to post unfortunately. When they were handed to me, one of the big lilies was broken hanging off the side. At first glance the rest seemed nice. When I actually looked at them, the fire roses do not look completely fresh as the tips are already curling and slightly brown! The color combination and even the arrangement itself are strange. Fire roses, yellow lilies and then lavendar freesia which is already wilting and brownish, too). But you get a lot of greenery with it...of course (not a biggie). Been on this planet for awhile, so Im not clueless. I believe Florists should not make bouquets for the public they wouldnt send to their own family. I did not want to leave this review, but my husband works very hard and this was such a nice birthday surprise. I get that flowers are a luxury, but people really should get what they pay for...fresh flowers! Also, your delivery lady could be a little more friendly. I was excited and thankful and she just seemed...meh, like she really doesnt enjoy delivering flowers. Customer Service is key! I am not going to tell my husband what I really think, but will not be recommending this florist to him or anyone else.

I usually order flowers for my Mother-in-law on Mothers Day from one of the online "800" flower services, but they always deliver the flowers in bud form and the quality is lacking to say the least. This year I decided to try a local florist in her area. After doing tons of reviews online, I found "Flowers by Fairytales". They delivered them on time (I ordered them the day before) and the flowers were absolutely gorgeous, she loved them! Thank you so much for the fantastic service and beautiful flowers, I couldn’t be happier! You will definitely be my go to florist for my family in Sacramento!

I visited Flowers by Fairytales today and from the moment I walked in I felt welcome. The store is beautifully decorated with attention to every detail. The flowers smell wonderful and the selection was extensive. I also enjoyed checking out the gifts that were offered for sale in addition to the flower arrangements. I placed my first order, same day delivery, with Flowers by Fairytales in Elk Grove on 02/11/2016 for my niece. The flowers were delivered on time, and of premium quality, and the arrangement exactly the way I had ordered it. My niece was very happy. One day before Valentines Day, I ordered flowers for my sister and requested same day delivery before noon. The flowers were delivered before noon, and of premium quality, and arranged the way I had ordered. My sister was very happy.

Very helpful over the phone when I called and asked questions. I had something in mind that I wanted for Mothers Day but I struggled finding someone that would work with me. When I got someone on the phone here it was a different experience. They had a lot of patience and worked with me to send exactly what I wanted. My mother was very happy when she received her gift. I have used Flowers by Fairytales twice now. The first time I messed up the address and Julie was VERY understanding and accommodating and sent a gorgeous arrangement to my dear friend. This morning I ordered an arrangement and they arrived faster than I could imagine and just beyond beautiful! I was not impressed by their lack of patience. They offered little to no help and were pushy, it seemed like they were attempting to force you into a purchase rather than allowing you to choose. I am disappointed and am hoping that this was only the fault of one sloppy and rude saleswoman.
