We bought an entire living room set with recliner from La-Z-Boy. Although the recliner is somewhat cumbersome to recline, there is nothing wrong with it. This is the way recliners are made without handles. The customer service was great. Bianca came out to make sure all was well and in good condition. She positioned the pieces and called back within the week to see that we still were satisfied. To me, this is the best customer service Ive experienced in years.

I purchased the La-Z- Boy Recliner almost two years ago and Ive had problems with my almost since I purchased it. It keeps breaking down. Calls to Lazy Boy placed me on hold for 30 plus minutes. Second service call wont arrive for 10 days. The warranty expires in May 2014. My La-Z-Boy Recliner is not a quality made product. . . more like a foreign made knockoff. I do not recommend purchasing anything from La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries.

Sales lady barely gave us the time of day, they charged us 39.99 for customer pick up. Lol, I know its not uncommon, but this place wants to nickel and dime u for everything. I can understand delivery fee, but picking up at the store? We like the furniture, just the service and policies are horrible.
