Went into the store to buy a sectional and found one I was very pleased with. I purchased the sectional put a down payment and arrange for delivery for two weeks. I was told I would recieve a call to confirm my order and to be notified of any problems. I recieved a call early the following week, saying they have my order and would be there on time. Well as luck would have it I get a called the day before delivery telling me the item is not available for delivery and the person didnt know why. I called called the following day to have someone tell me the "cup holders are on back order" for my sectional, and it would now be 4 weeks for delievery. I decided to wait it out. 4 weeks go by and not one call from Dunk & Bright. Going into the 5th week I decide to call and speak with a manager. He does some research into the matter and tells me that the LANE company has run out of fabric??? I them tell him how I was told it was cupholders, he responds with "Well it might be cupholders, I looked up the order and it said back ordered so I assumed fabric." So what he did was make up some random excuse. He then says well Im authorised to take 100 bucks off your order for the hassle. (which is a laughable 2.5%) Then says my order is still another 3 weeks out. Meaning from time of order to a POSSIBLE delivery I was looking at 9-10 weeks!!!! I said well I dont think 100 is fair if it wasnt for me calling you guys I still wouldnt know anything, And if someone would like to do better than 100 bucks off I would like to hear it and consider it, otherwise I would like to cancel my order. The manager said no more asked for my credit card number and gave me back my deposit. In my experience this was the WORST service of its kind!!!! Didnt even try to make me happy for a possible repeat sale! I worked in retail for a hardware store for 8 yrs and this kind of service would never happen. You always make the customer happy. How many customers talk about happy experiences about stores to their friends??? Now think of how many poor service experiences you hear about.... and you best believe I will spread the word of what happened to me!

I went to Dunkin and Bright to buy a futniture. I have my credit card that I opened with them three years ago. They said that I cannot use that card anymore because they dont carry that card anymore. So I was forced to open a new credit card (Wells Fargo). I was trying to avoid opening store cards because I was rebuilding my credit score. After three days I have to call my old credit card for payment. They told me that I can still use their credit card in Dunkin and Bright. So, the sales man who helped me lied to me. I know that every salesperson recruited a client to open an account will have their share. I alredy told to this saleman that I dont want to open a new account because of my credit score. He doesnt listen to me and still process it. How greedy! So after I bought that furniture, they give me a hard time during the delivery. They will deliver the furniture in their convinient time not to the customers convinient time. The staff in delivery department was so rude and smart mouth, no customer service ethiquette. When they finally deliver the furniture, one part was MISSING! The furniture cannot be assemble because of that one part was missing. So I call them to let them know that something is missing in the furniture. The smart mouth staff yelled at me because she dont understand me. I was talking with her using the speaker phone, so the guy who deliver the furniture will hear her. They hear how rude this woman was. After a month of inconvience in our house because of the parts of the furniture laying the floor, they deliver the missing part. So disappointing! They lied to customers. They disrespect the customers and very unreliable. No more transaction with DUNKIN AND BRIGHT!

I LOVE DUNK & BRIGHT!! Good morning, I have been shopping for a new mattress and comparing different stores/prices. I knew I wanted an adjustable bed, but wasnt sure which way to go. Yesterday, I went to your store, even though its the furthest from my home because Ive made several purchases at Dunk & Bright in the past. When we walked in my friend and I were graciously greeted by a gentleman named Ron Pienkowski. Ron escorted us to your mattress department where we were introduced to Marie, the department manager. Marie took her time, listened to my needs, and answered ALL my questions. She was a delight to work with. She was fun, smart and so well educated in her area of expertise. When I thought I found the right mattress she encouraged me to try another based on the information I gave her. Thanks to her knowledge and real concern for what was best for me I tried the mattress she suggested and it was an instant match made in heaven! Not only that, she explained why she thought it would be a good fit for me AND saved me a couple hundred dollars. It was a slam "ODunk!" (Sorry, I couldnt resist) After I selected the mattress (iComfort adjustable), Ron took care of everything. He made the transition easy, and as quick as possible. He even looked up the previous bedroom furnitute purchase I made at Dunk & Bright to ensure it would fit in my bed frame! Ron wrote down exactly what I needed in terms of delivery and even followed up by calling me this morning. This is exactly why I keep going to your store! I am so grateful to Marie and Ron. I hope you will pass this along to them. Thanks for a great buying experience!

I have had a terrible experience with Dunk and Bright. I purchased a groupon for "bedroom furniture and mattresses" at Dunk and Bright, but when I attempted to use it they would not honor it. They added additional restrictions to it that were not stated on my groupon. They said I could only use it on "a mattress, box-spring, bed frame, dresser or mirror that attaches to a dresser." I bought the groupon to use on a bookcase that is part of one of their bedroom sets (or at least it is displayed as bedroom furniture on their showroom), so it became useless to me when they refused to honor it as it was stated. Groupon support contacted them over a month ago to try and resolve it and they have not responded since. Come to find out when I was discussing this situation with my father-in-law that he bought a chair from them and paid to have it delivered. The problem was they delivered the wrong chair and then guess what? They made him pay another delivery fee to have the correct chair delivered! He had already paid for the chair so what else was he supposed to do? He is old, he cant go get it himself. I have only written a negative review one other time in my life, so I am not a complainer. I am only writing this because I would want to know this kind of thing, so I am passing it on in an attempt to save people from having to suffer the kind of experiences my father-in-law and I have. I hope this helps.
