My mother bought a nice sink for our family but when we inspected closer, the porcelain part turned out to be a rare antique that could not accommodate a new faucet.(odd spread size) I suppose we were fools to buy it with the assumption that we could find one at an antiques store eventually. The owner Craig Wolf of Cherry Acres could not have cared less. I called him to see if he could exchange the sink for a different one or to get advice on where he might suggest we look for antique hardware and he SCREAMED at me to leave him alone and call a plumber. "Its not my business how you get your hardware. I am only selling furniture and sinks". The sink was cute but will forever remind me of this nasty man. It will sit in a garage now in New Jersey without a faucet, until the termites devour the wood. Finally, purpose.

Nice stuff in this store but over the years weve all noticed that the owner can be unpleasant. I just bought nearly a hundred dollars worth of stocking stuffers which the clerk put in a bag while telling me that the bag handles might break under the weight of my merchandise. I asked politely for a second bag as reinforcement and the cranky owner interceded and said no. He then suggested I carry the bag up under my arm. When I pointed out to him that I had too many other bags from other stores to make this easy to do, he still said NO to my request for a second lousy bag. Weve sent friends from out of town to this store and they reported back that the man in the store was rude to them. Yuck. Three strikes and hes now out. There are plenty of other nice stores in Lititz.

BUYER beware with this place. Advertise custom pieces but our first piece was made incorrectly. We insisted it be re-made but our request was treated with disdain. The second try is unsteady and uneven and the shelves inside were left un attached. We had to hire a carpenter to finish assembling. Picking up the almost $2,000 piece the second time around we were not offered any twine to secure the furniture, the piece was not wrapped and when we asked for bubble wrap we were handed a bath towel sized amount. Do yourselves a favor, spend your money elsewhere.
