I wanted to return a modem a few days ago, and did not have a receipt, and I went to the guest service desk, and the girl named Sam at the desk was very rude, and then I asked for her manager, and the managers name was Theresa also very rude. They both did not want to accommodate me, even though they have a BIG sign that says "Were not satisfied until you are" They wanted to collect my info to look up my receipt, but I purchased the modem with a gift card and cash, they said they would only give me $50 for it, even though it was worth $100, so I left, because they said "We cant do anything for you." I would not recommend any Target to anyone. Avoid Target at all costs. I know if I went to any other retailer they would have taken my return with no hassle. It was only 3 weeks old. I will never shop at Target again. Thanks for leaving me an angry customer Target! I forgot to mention that Sam seemed glad that we could not get a return, and when I asked for a manager, she used her walkie talkie and she was talking behind my back about me to the manager.

I usually love this Target, but the last few times I have been there Ive been very disappointed in the baby/toddler section of the store, especially the diaper/food/sippy cup section. First off there was a used sippy cup that was still there that I saw a few weeks back. It was mildewed and mixed in with their brand new cups that are scattered on the bottom shelf. I also had a few baby items on my cartwheel app. When I went to look for them most of the items were gone or looked so picked over and scattered that I wasnt sure what was part of the sale. I went to look for an employee to see if they had more in the back or when they would be in stock and no one was around. After wandering for about 15 minutes I finally found an employee, they basically said that wasnt their section and to look around again for someone else. After about half hour of not getting help and not being able to find what I was looking for I gave up on looking for those items.

The staff is friendly but the prices are higher than they should be. I was just there, black Friday shopping. They made an announcement about 30 minutes before opening that the NES system and hatchimals did not arrive. They made no mention about the HP laptops they were supposed to have but they didnt have them. Also, add something to your fliers to let shoppers know that not all of your facilities will have the items advertised or you will have people upset and annoyed because you messed up. Im not going to shop here anymore.

This Target is great. Love the convenient location. I do not like the parking. I feel like all the Targets have a horrible parking lot. They have some pretty cool stuff. Basically everything you need to survive. Food, clothes, COFFEE etc. The store is pretty clean and organized. The dressing room is a trainwreck at least when I was there. Overall its Target its a one stop shop plus you buy other stuff you dont need and forget the stuff you do need so then you get to go back and repeat

Never anyone manning the checkout lines anymore. The toy section has been a mess for weeks. I cant trust that items are inventoried and priced correctly or that Ill get the advertised discount. Then after self check out youd have to wait in the customer service line to rectify. Just not worth it. Still the same issue. Zero check out lines open at 9:30 AM on a Friday. Is this place going out of business?

This is a fantastic store. It has a little bit of everything so you never have a problem finding what you need. And their online store makes its that much easier. They continuously have good sales going on. And they have a very family friendly atmosphere. Its also very nice that Starbucks teamed up with them so you can enjoy a coffee while shopping for whatever you came for. Excellent place.

Perfect place to stroll slowly during the week when the kids are in school and also perfect to shop WITH THEM on the weekends, theres so much to look at and look for, no one ever complains...especially me, because I ALWAYS find something in the clearance clothing area! Just found the perfect "prom" dress for my daughter, less than $6!!! Can you even??

Wow!!! Worst Customer Service ever! And I have worked in customer service for 20+ years, so I dont say that lightly. First - I was charged for a shirt I didnt even purchase. Thank goodness I looked at my receipt. Second - if you are going to have sale racks, make sure all the items reflect the sale listed! "Guest Services" needs some real help!

They dont like fast people here. Nothing in my size in mens clothing. Thanks for nothing. Sure I could lose weight, I dont need to be fat shamed by your store to get there. You make me feel like a porker, but you have no shortage of cookies.

Always clean and organized. They have a wide variety of things and it really is a one stop shop! Employees are polite and willing to help you find what your looking for. As a bonus there is a "cafe" inside and a starbucks!

Everything tends to be organized and clean, the wait times for dressing rooms is always reasonable. The checkout lines can get busy, but arent too bad. This location includes a Starbucks, Pizza Hut and CVS pharmacy as well.

This is a great target, that is fairly new and has a Starbucks inside, along with a small Pizza Hut shop. It is clean, and you can always find what you need.

Comparative to going into a casino- you lose track of time and spend money you didnt intend to. Clean store, helpful associates. Plus a Starbucks.

Clean atmosphere and has almost everything you need. Mens shoe selection is limited. Just added self checkout which helps speed up the process.

They have cool housewares, good kids clothing department, decent grocery selection, BUT, the plus size dept is severely lacking.
