Absolutely awful experience. I have been squinting to see nearly anything the last couple months and the doctor here said there would be no change in my prescription. On top of that the slip he gave me was not completely filled out all the way, so when I brought it to warby parker to buy glasses they could not fill the order. While trying to get the remaining numbers for my prescription prescription they told Warby parker I had never been there. When I called myself they only gave me the options of driving back there or faxing it to me. When asked if I could have it emailed they said they did not know how, but maybe a manager could help me. Before that happened, they hung up on me. Check yelp before going here as 7 out of 8 reviews are similar to mine.

worst eye contact lens in revere. i ask them if they have the trail for me to used it, cause it an emergency. they said no they dont have the trail for me cause im existing customer. but if you are walk in to the store im sure you will get the trail as much as u wants. i bought 2 boxes of the contact lenses with them. they should never did that to the old customer. im not going back there again n again. hope they dont treat the same like the one in revere.

I desperately needed an eye exam. To my surprise I got an appointment 2 days later. The staff was very nice and Dr. Crooks was very professional and very nice. I would highly recommend this place if you need your eyes examined!!!
