Firstly, the women at the front desk were very nice. The woman who initiated my exam was also nice, but she as well as the doctor was trying to convince me to invest in Lasik eye surgery, saying that I was the perfect candidate for it (despite having no actual knowledge of my medical or Vision history). It seemed like they were much more concerned with making a sales quota than the actual health of my eyes. What was stranger was my initial encounter with the doctor. He came swinging around the corner sniffing, wiping his nose with his hand, and talking a million miles per minute as if he were on cocaine. Also, at the end of the initial evaluation, the doctor told me to try on some sample contacts and left the room. He told me before he left that he would be back to check on how my contacts fit and dilate my eyes to finish the exam. Well, he never returned. After some time, I decided to walk myself to the front and pick out glasses, as it was getting quite late. As I was standing at the desk to checkout, the doctor brushed past me to take another patient, as if hed never seen me before.

I purchased two pairs of glasses at this location. The first pair was coated with a glare reducing coating which began to delaminate after a little over a years wear. I returned the glasses and was told there was nothing they could do because the lenses were over a year old. I purchased another pair last Aug of 2013 and both lenses cracked in exactly the same place. I had not dropped them or misused the glasses. These cracks appeared for no obvious reason. When I showed them to an optician, he said there was a manufacturing error that caused the crack. When I tried to return them to Lenscrafters, there was no manager to speak to and the clerks and a technician said there was nothing they could do. I asked for replacement lenses. They refused. I will never use Lenscrafter again.

Went here today with my mother and younger brother, cannot begin to describe how awfully rude the woman who checked his eyes were. My mother asked the woman questions and she blantatly ignored her. Complete with tisks and annoyed sighs i can tell you the service we recieved here was one worth taking time out of my day to write a review. If you dont care about having a good expirence and friendly service then come here.

I went to get my daughters glasses replaced and they said within the hour and then after I finished paying they told me they did not have the lens and it would be 5 to 7 days and it was under warranty and still cost me 66 dollars even with the warranty that was available. I paid 25 for the lens 25 for the frame and the difference on the original frame shouldnt have cost me anything

Just called a woman for my prescription for my records. She was catty, rude, and then when I explained to her I had issues with prescriptions, she wrote me off and finally did what I asked. I understand no one likes to work on a Sunday, but you still need to do your job, lady. Seriously, this is why Im not a patient here anymore. Do. Not. Go. Here.

You wont actually be seen after an hour and more from your supposed appointment time. There was a lady that came after me and she was seen first. If dont really want to give one star but have to in order to write a review. Customer service sucks, get your appointment elsewhere.

I was very impressed with the fantastic service that was given to me at lenscrafters. I wouldnt go anywhere else. I was even given a little gift bag. They know how to treat their customers.

i found that when i went for my first exam, i received better customer service and attention to my eye problem than i did with my previous eye doctor, and my eyes feel better than before.
