I, single mom, bought a Living Social voucher for this facility in which I paid $39.00 for $225 worth of optical items. I truly thought I wouldnt have to pay more than $40 out of my pocket after purchasing the voucher, as, Ive been to many well known optical facilities and purchased glasses for $300. This place didnt have any selection in which I didnt have to pay close to $200 out of my pocket on top of the voucher. The selection is pretty scarce and not very up to date, so, I ended up with sunglasses that I feel I overpaid for and I dont even like them.

I had such a bad experience with town optical but since New England Eye has taken over everything been much better i truly recommend New England Eye Without reservation i am confident you will have the best treatment you can have. Their staff are like no other caring and very friendly so please dont hesitate to pass by :)

I went for an eye exam and picked out glasses on October 20, 2016. Here it is December 22, 2016 and I still havent received my glasses yet. I usually got no responses back when I left messages. When I did get a hold of them I was told they forgot to order them. Stay away from this place. Theyre very unprofessional!

Ive tried calling many times, each time I am sent to a voice machine. Not once have I heard back from them. After calling four times with no answer and or a call back my frustration is a little high.
