I just got my first pair of glasses here. They had excellent service and reasonable prices. They are not owned by Luxottica which you should always avoid. As that company basically has a monopoly on the glasses/sunglasses industry. They own Oakley, Ray Ban, and even make the glasses for designers like Luis Vuitton and Ralph Lauren. They also own sunglasses hut and lens crafters, therefore manipulate the prices. That is why Vision works is much cheaper compared to the others.

My daughter got her prescription glasses and 4 months later the glass show this weird stain in the lenses, I went back and I was told she didnt know how to clean it, finally after having a talk to the manager and explaining to her once an a while rinsing the glasses with water and mild soap will not damage the glasses she will get new lenses for my daughter telling me never rinse the glasses again!!!!

I made a big mistake going here. They were not upfront about their pricing and did not know how to bill my insurance. I will not recommend this place or go back there again.
