Ive been seeing (pun intended) Dr. Cangiano for something like 4 years now. I was extremely lucky that when I moved to Boston, I happened to just stumble across their office when i needed new contacts. After dealing with the office just once, I decided that this is who I will see for as long as he is in business. Dr. Cangiano is not only extremely professional, but is also extremely personable. The office is always extremely clean, the atmosphere is very comfortable, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Kelly always has a giant smile on her face and is more than happy to assist anyway she can (Im a broke college student so theyve helped me out quite a few times. The other guy who works there (I cant remember his name) is also always extremely helpful and friendly as well. I recommend this office to literally all of my friends and family whenever the conversation of "eye doctors" comes up. I highly recommend that everyone use this office, as after one visit, youll only want to see Dr. Cangiano.

I dont like eyes. When I first got contacts in 9th grade it took me weeks to get comfortable enough poking my eyeballs in order to put them in. So I generally dont like going to the eye doctors. But Dr. Cangiano is the man. Hes very professional and knowledgeable, and is very good at explaining everything he is doing. Before coming to Vision North, I had a lot of problems with contacts, so much so that I had given up. But Dr. Cangiano worked with me to find a pair of contacts that worked for me, which was a new model of contacts designed to be extra breathable. This has made a big difference in my life, and Im very grateful for his work! His staff is very good too, and Ive had nothing but very positive experiences, and would absolutely recommend Vision North.

I visited the doctor over a month ago to get new glasses and contacts. I love my new Prada frames, and the doctor was excellent during my appointment. The contacts are a whole other story. I got a trial pair from the doctor the day of my appointment, but he said I would need a new trial for my left eye (the prescription was slightly off). Well, its been at least 5 weeks, and no word on my other trial. Ive called and talked with the receptionist twice about it, and both times I was told that it would be dealt with quickly and I would be called back shortly. I was not called on either occasion. Im in desperate need for new contacts. All I want now is a written copy of my perscription, so I can order them myself from 1-800-contacts.

The doctor/patient relationship seems to be a concept that has long gone by the wayside; not true with Dr. Cangiano and Staff. Dr. Paul always makes time to reconnect each visit, as does his seasoned Support Staff. And, because Chris and Kelly have been with VISION NORTH for several years, theyve come to know their "returning patients" and make excellent, practical recommendations for optical needs based on patient preferences and vision plans; a real time saver for all of us. I have a minor issue seeing at night and visited the office for a routine appointment. Dr. Cangiano did a thorough exam. Taking the time to get to know a little bit about me, and telling me a little bit about himself. He made me feel like I was more than a patient. His assistant was very helpful. Again, extremely personable. Taking the time to get to know the patients as well. She even helped another patient pick out glasses. On top of juggling the phones and taking the time to talk to me. Extremely impressed with their customer service. Would recommend to anyone looking for a doctor.

Dr. Cangiano really is the best! Ive been going to him for a few years now and I have always loved the contacts, contact fluid, etc. that he has prescribed & recommended. I recently bought a new pair of glasses (he has a great selection) and the price was unbeatable! In addition to Dr. Cangianos great work, he has amazing staff. Kelly at the front desk is so helpful and a great second set of eyes (no pun intended) when offering advice on what shades look best. A+ all around - if youre looking for an eye doctor, this is a must!

Dr. Cangiano is the BEST! I was actually referred to him by my previous eye doctor because they couldnt fit me in when I knew I was in the beginning stages of an eye infection and it was a blessing because Ive been going to Dr. Cangiano since! He always runs on time for appointments and is thorough, knowledgeable and SO nice. We chat about our kids and the conversation is just like one with a close friend. I would highly recommend him (and have to my friends) to anyone looking for a new eye doctor - he is wonderful!

I cant state enough how helpful/friendly Dr. Cangiano and the whole staff are at Vision North. He explains what the tests are and what they show when they take pictures of your eyes, and he is very informative about the different benefits and drawbacks of certain types of contacts.
