DONT EVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE STAY AWAY!!!! Only one good thing was being helped with a payment issue once but other that my whole experience has been horrible. Ive read a ton of reviews not just from here but from multiple websites and hmmmm we consumers seem to have the same complaints over and over. Customer service sucks for one and they sell you a car that puts you soooooo upside down that you can never get a trade or refinance anywhere due to the excessive negative equity OR be prepared to put another $2,000-$3,000 minimum down JUST to trade in or refinance (pends your credit situation) I have been paying $400.00 a month on my car since 04/2014 not to mention $1,500 I put down on it as well. Car is worth right now $8,650.00 at CLEAN RETAIL (Trade in clean is barely $6,000 which is what Id get for it as a trade) So year to date with down deposit I have paid $15,500 for a car that even at the time I bought it was probably not even worth $10,000 as is. No warranty offered, no gap offered no NOTHING, and no follow up just get u in a car and they are like "gotcha sucka!"....not to mention I still have 2 years of $400 a month payments so therefore I would be paying $25,100 in total for car that I would then be worth only $6,000 at best...so my advice to others down on their luck and only option is buy here pay here look elsewhere cause US Auto Sales loves taking advantage of ppl in such situations TRUST me you will be paying 3-4 Times above the value of that car and could get it much cheaper elsewhere.

DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FFROM THIS PLACE!! They are a scam. I will also be filing a complaint with BBB. Here a just a FEW problems Ive had with them: A 3 yr finance agreement was signed, after the payments started to be made and right before payoff, it magically turned to a 4.5yr agreement. 2 months ago I was told the pay off was $4,000.00, this month its now $6,000. The car has electrical issues and SERVERAL mechanics have said it was from the "device" they put in that allows them to shut off the car when you dont pay. US Auto refuses to fixit and says "its not covered under warranty". Recently, our payments have jumped up by $72 dollars a month. When I asked why they stated "theres no insurance on the car". The insurance company has sent over numerous documents stating there is full coverage multiple times. The insurance company is also fed up with them and told us to never purchase a car from them again. With all these problems I asked to speak to a supervisor. The response? "Shes just going to tell you the same thing I am and shes busy." Bottom line, we ended up paying 3x the cars worth and have had nothing but problems. Not to mention on multiple occasions, theyve cut the car off for NO REASON, the payment was up to date and all was in order. I have been late to work and my children have been late to school. I had to wait for them to open so I could call and get the issue corrected. Please, do yourself a favor and dont buy from these people. Im really debating on getting a lawyer involved.

Got a car from here on a Saturday night went to start it on Sunday car wouldnt start called salesman Mike Cash right away, left message on his vm advised him that the car would not I want to return the car. Well they were closed on Sunday so we took the car on Monday. I advised them that I didnt want the car. just give me back my $700.00 dollars they stated NO that they do not have a return policy. I advised them for the state of GA you gave 3 day they stated no you dont I asked them for all information so I can give to my Lawyer to get this matter corrected.. The sales Manager Matt Snyder stated that is what your gong to have to do.... PLEASE DONT GO HERE! All car dealers that I have called and or visited will allow a customer to change their minds when nothing is wrong let alone when there is something wrong! I will post this all over my Twitter account and both of my face book pages this was a different location same company!

I worked with Jeff Clark and A.J. they were awesome. Jeff only showed me cars that I asked to see (based on my long list of preferences) and that I could afford! I didnt feel forced into a car and he did his best to get me some luxury picks with my budget. Financing took all of 15 minutes and I got approved and saved my car by putting it on layaway for just a couple hundred bucks. I wasnt pressured nor did they try to play games everythings written in black and white and if you take advantage they can even help build your credit!

Hands down the most unethical, unprofessional, and deceptive business Ive ever dealt with. They sell lemons, sell each car with a warranty but deny customers the actual right to use it by blatantly lying about the status of the warranty (saying its expired). I purchased my vehicle in June 2014 at the age of 20 and they preyed upon and exploited my young age. The staff is extremely rude and has no sense of accountability. Dont let the size of the dealership fool you, BEWARE, they are crooks!

Place is a scam. Had my car less than two weeks and the transmission is already acting up. I called three days after I got the car and the scheduled me a week later. Brought it in for service and had to pay a $100 deductible because I have driven over 1000 miles. Although I paid for the extended warranty ( $850 ) also they scheduled me out a week later than my initial call so I would be over the 1000 miles. Buyers beware!!!!!!!!!

Our sales process was great and fast , their call center customer service reps however suck . We were on hold forever ( during business hours ) and nobody picked up . The sales rep told us to call a specific number to pay the pick up fees and I have the money right here on my card to pay them but been on hold all afternoon . If I have any problems tomorrow cause its one day late Ill flip out !!

I worked with Jeff today. He said he could get us in a new car today. I thought it was a long shot but he did. The cars we test drove were in awesome condition. The inventory was full of beautiful cars. Jeff was open and explained everything. I will definately send anyone looking for a car to them. My best car buying experience yet!!

Great customer service but alot of lies when it comes to paying for referral fee Ive been waiting for over a month Ive referred numerous of people but I promise I wont refer another person and trying to deal with them sucks. Stay away from us auto sale they are truly a rip off.
