I bought a 99 Infiniti I30 with over 170,000 miles on it from Sonny back in July last year. I paid cash for the car and assumed that I was getting a great car for a great price. However I was so wrong. After one month the car wouldnt crank! I had my mechanic look at it and he said that the starter was bad. So I replaced that and it still didnt crank. Had it towed to an auto mechanic shop and the mechanic said that the ECU was malfunctioning and needed to be replaced. A $1000 part brand new! Luckily I found an ECU repair shop that fixed the ECU for $200. So I had it installed and the car ran for 1 week. Then it began running roughly and cut off on me at a stop sign. Once again had it towed to the shop where they found a misfiring spark plug and ignition coil. Had that problem addressed then Im back on the road...for 2 days. I began smelling gas and noticing how quickly the gas is running out of the car. So i have my mechanic look at it and he finds a faulty EGR valve. Once again another part to replace. I have that fixed but thanks to the fuel leak theres gasoline flooding the motor where the fuel injectors are. So the car wont crank up. And finally the mechanic informs me that I got screwed on this car. Whoever I bought it from sold me a lemon. What a stunning revelation to receive after pouring $1100 worth of repairs into a car that I paid $3800 for in less than a year. Thanks Atlanta Motor Sales for selling me car thats on its way to the junkyard now...

Awesome!! I drive by everyday and always see the great selection of vehicles on this lot. So when I became in need of a car I called and spoke with Irene. Irene was very friendly and knowledgeable. She spoke with me at length about my wants and needs in finding a vehicle. My situation is very complicated but she assured me that they could get me into a car with my deposit and stay within my monthly payments. So after speaking with her I decided to go to the dealership and find out further what my options would be. When I walked into the dealership I was greeted by smiling friendly people. It was almost close however you could not tell by the greeting I was given. Irene and Sunny at that point gave the best customer service I could have been given. They were determined to not only get me into a vehicle but get me into a reliable and affordable vehicle. They exceeded my expectations on every level. Not only did I get a car that was BELOW my monthly payment, significantly, but they also were able to get me financing with a lower down payment. Not to mention the car is in pristine condition and fits all of my criteria! I have had the very best car buying experience and I recommend anyone to go see them if you are in need of a car!! You will get honest good people who have your best interest at heart!!!! Thank you Irene and Sunny I look forward to doing more business with you when the time comes!!!

April 2017 my wife and I along with our two young daughters noticed a 2011 ES 350 on the lot. We went in to inquire and took out for a test ride. Prior to test drive we noticed drivers side headlight was cracked. After test drive we sat down with Sonny and Irene to talk numbers. Sonny gave us a bunch of bogus numbers he stated to make the financing go through. I should have listened to my wife but gave them a $300 deposit to hold the car until the headlight was repaired. At no time did we agree to pay for the damaged headlight as it was damaged prior to our arrival. The following week when my wife and daughters took a Uber to pick up the car they were in for a rude awakening. Not only did they not get the car, but Sonny and his team were extremely and became aggressive with my wife and young daughters. They told my wife that she was responsible for the previously damaged headlight and required more money, stating that Irene had to pay for it out of her pocket. They refused to refund the $300.00 deposit. They humiliated my wife in the presence of out daughters, who had to find transportation home. As a respectable family man, I would recommend that no one patronizes this car dealership, there team was very disrespectful with no regards for the well being of my family and basically stole $300.00.

Sunny and a his wife were very nice when I came in to purchase a car. I had driven from out of state. Prior to coming I had asked Sunny if the car had good tires and he said yes. It also had low miles which I was interested in. When I arrived I noted that they car had tires that probably werent safe to drive on. Sunny would not agree to replace the tires, but offered to pay for part of them. The car was advertised as a Prius C Two (Two refers to the trim level which includes better seats and cruise control). After I purchased the car I realized that the car had been mis-advertised and was actually a Prius C One. I called Sunny and explained this to him. He said he would have to get with the company who did his advertising and would get back to me. I made numerous calls, emails and finally wrote him a letter with no response. He was never "in" when I called and didnt return my calls. While Im fairly happy with the car (except that a Prius One should cost $500 less than a Two), my experience with Atlanta Motor Sales was not positive. Sunny made no effort to resolve the issue I had with the sale.

I want to tell you that from the minute I walked through the door, I was treated to the most awesome service ever. All of the staff we met (Sunny, Nadia and Irene) were very polite and very welcoming. My experience was with Sunny, and he is the nicest person you could ever meet. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. They are the best. If you visit this dealership you wont regret it. Ask for Sunny. I also want to tell you that I had originally called to ask if I could come up around 7:15pm (since they close at 8pm), but after getting off of work late and with traffic it was turning into 7:45pm! Everyone was so understanding and very flexible with our timing was not pushy at all (as we all know many car dealerships can be!) He answered all of our questions and I can tell you he really knows his stuff! He was willing to negotiate to get us a good deal. We would most definitely suggest him to family and friends in a heartbeat. I am telling these guys are great

*HE SELLS CARS WITHOUT EMISSIONS IN GWINNETT WHICH IS ILLEGAL" Around June, I purchased a 1998 Ford Mustang Gt. Test drove it around the parking lot and things seemed very well. A couple days later, my check engine comes on and its the 02 sensor going out. I take it to a mechanic and he tells me I need to buy brand new tires, 02 sensor, and the odometer has been tampered with. Turns out the car also doesnt have a catalytic converter!!! So I trade it in ( sadly ) for a 2007 Honda Accord. To my fault I shouldve known the same problems wouldve occurred. Check Engine light came on the second I came home. Sunny (owner) is a very friendly humble person, but you cant say hes exactly the go to sales associate. He will say he will work with you and be friendly, but he will treat you like a child. When hes in the wrong he will treat you poorly and get you to think your wrong. He will beat around the bush just so he can get a sale. Future Car Buyers, be cautious...
